A request, not a message
The papers listed one by one

Frequently asked questions
Can clients upload without a login?
A portal login keeps a client’s papers separate from everyone else’s, and it is the cleaner way to do it. A link to a single request works where a client will not keep a password.
Do reminders go out by themselves?
They are sent by your staff from the request, on WhatsApp or email. Somebody reads the message before it leaves, and the send is counted.
What if the client sends papers on WhatsApp anyway?
Many will. The article uploads them against the request himself, which takes a moment and keeps the job complete.
Can we reuse the same document list every month?
Yes. A standard collection list for GST or TDS work is set once and raised with each job, and lines are added for a particular client.
