Airend, receiver, delivery test and running hours kept under each compressor serial.

Quote compressors from your own model and option tables, then log each airend, motor and receiver tank against its package. Record the bench test, and plan service from running hours. Each compressor serial carries the airend, motor and vessel fitted, the delivery it achieved on test and the hours it has run. Sales quote from your models. Service desks see which units are due a kit.

  • Models, option prices and test sheets set up from your own catalogue
  • Sold serials, hour readings and service history migrated
  • Pressure and test rules fixed by your engineers

Makers of screw, reciprocating and portable compressors use it to quote from model tables, build and bench-test each package, then plan service from running hours, with first set-up handled by GullySystem. Each serial holds its airend, motor, receiver, test results and hours. Service kits and spares are quoted from the installed unit. Your engineers decide the pressure rules.

Where it breaks today

What goes wrong before the software.

Enquiries state pressure but not duty

Someone wants a compressor for a workshop. Shift hours, peak use and ambient temperature decide the model, and are seldom written down.

Options change the whole package

A dryer, a larger receiver or a sound enclosure alters power and the base frame. The quotation is updated, but not the drawing.

Bought-in vessels have unrelated records

A tank is made elsewhere with its own number and test. The package ships with a plate that does not match.

Test bench readings are copied by hand

Power, delivery and discharge temperature are noted on paper and keyed in later. A digit error survives into the report.

Warranty claims start with a hunt

A plant reports an oil carry-over. Which separator element, which oil and which build date applied is not quickly known.

Service visits are planned by phone

Customers ring when they remember. The maker has no list of compressors approaching their hours.

How it runs

How the work flows through it, step by step.

  1. 1

    Enquiry and duty

The enquiry records pressure, delivery, shift hours and ambient conditions. A model and options are shortlisted.

  2. 2

    Quotation

The package, dryer, filters and enclosure are priced from your tables. Revisions are kept.

  3. 3

    Order and build release

A confirmed order opens a package serial. The base frame, parts list and control panel are released.

  4. 4

    Assembly

Airend, motor, cooler, separator and wiring are fitted. The receiver is mounted after its pressure result is saved.

  5. 5

    Bench test

Delivery, power and temperature are recorded. The test summary is stored with the serial.

  6. 6

    Dispatch and service

Delivery, commissioning and the first service date are recorded. Running hours then drive the kit and visit plan.

Modules

What is inside.

Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.

Enquiries and duty capture

Log pressure, delivery, shift hours and ambient temperature on each enquiry, with site photographs and sketches.

Quotations and options

Price packages from your own model and option tables for dryers, filters, enclosures and receivers, and keep each revision.

Base frame and parts list control

Release the frame drawing and parts list with a revision letter, so assembly builds what was ordered.

Airend and motor receipt

Receive airends and motors with their serials and link them to the package that uses them.

Receiver and vessel records

Record vessel makers, certificate numbers and test pressures and tie each tank to the compressor it was fitted to.

Assembly stages

Move each package through frame, airend, cooler, separator and panel wiring, with each stage signed off.

Bench test records

Save free air delivery, power input, discharge temperature and noise readings for each serial.

Installed base register

Keep every sold compressor under its customer, with installation date, hour meter reading and warranty status.

Service kits and visits

Define kits by model and hours interval and schedule technician visits from the units that are approaching them.

Spares by serial

Quote filters, separators, valves and belts from the compressor as built, and log each repair against it.

Solutions inside

The business modules it is built from.

Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.

  • Estimate/Quotation Management

Packages are priced from model tables with dryer, filter and enclosure options, and every revision of a buyer’s duty is saved.

  • Bill of Materials

The parts list covers airend, motor, cooler, separator, panel and receiver, released with a revision letter to assembly.

  • Batch and Serial Tracking

Airends and motors arrive with serials and are tied to the package serial that uses them, so warranty queries open one record.

  • Work Order Management

Each package moves through frame, airend, cooler, separator and wiring as stages, each signed off by the assembly lead.

  • Quality Control

Delivery, power input, discharge temperature and noise readings are saved against the serial as the test engineer takes them.

  • Asset AMC Tracking

Each sold compressor sits under its customer with installation date, warranty status and service calendar.

  • Service Reminders

Hours and date intervals drive a reminder list, and the technician is booked with the kit that matches the model.

  • Service Reports and Proof of Visit

Every repair visit is logged on the installed compressor, so a filter, separator or valve is quoted from what is fitted.

Services

How we would put it in.

Setup, data migration, integrations and anything built on top.

Who uses it

One system, each person sees their part.

For sales engineers

Capture the duty, propose a model, price the options and follow the quotation to an order.

For assembly and test leads

See packages by stage, the airends and receivers waiting, and the bench schedule.

For quality engineers

Record delivery and pressure test results and answer a buyer’s question from the serial.

For service coordinators

See compressors approaching their service hours and build the visit list.

For spares counter staff

Look up the installed unit and quote the right element or filter.

Reports

The numbers the owner asks for.

  • Packages in build, by stage and model
  • Airends and motors received against used
  • Bench tests done, passed and awaiting
  • Open, won and lost quotations, by pressure class
  • Compressors due service by hours and date
  • Service kits issued by model
  • Spares sold by compressor age
Good fit

Who this is built for.

  • Makers of oil-injected screw compressors
  • Builders of reciprocating piston compressors
  • Makers of portable and workshop air compressors
  • Assemblers who package airends from a supplier
  • Service-led compressor businesses with a large installed base

Common questions

Questions owners ask before a demo.

Can options such as a dryer be quoted with the compressor?

Yes. A dryer, a filter set or an enclosure is an option on the model, with its own price and parts. The quotation shows the full package.

How are the airend and motor tied to the serial?

Both are received with their own serials and issued to a package. The compressor record then shows the pair fitted.

Can customers send running hours?

Yes. A technician enters the hour meter on each visit, and a customer can message a reading. The service desk sees the next due date change.

Can we manage portable compressors on trailers?

Yes. A trailer-mounted unit is a model with its own parts, and its chassis and towing details are fields on the serial.

How do service kits work?

A kit lists the filters, separator element and oil for a model at a service interval. The technician is booked with the right kit.

Does it help with warranty claims?

It keeps the build, the test result and the service history in one place. Whether a claim is accepted is your own decision.

Can we load our existing installed base?

Yes. Sold serials, customers and last service dates are loaded from spreadsheets. Your service team checks the list before it goes live.

What will it cost?

The figure grows with the number of named users and the test sheets and service layouts you want. Before any quote, we walk through one screw or piston model from your catalogue, and the written offer follows that session.
