Manufacturing · Software for compressor manufacturers

Hold each compressor’s airend, receiver and delivery test on one serial from build to service kit.

A compressor is sold by pressure and air delivery, and it keeps working for years only if it is serviced on time. The compressor manufacturer software records the airend, motor, receiver and delivery test per serial, then follows running hours for service kits and spares. Your engineers decide the pressure rules; the record stores what they demand.

At a glance

Reciprocating and screw compressors share one habit. They earn their reputation after sale, on the plant floor, over thousands of running hours. A maker that cannot see its installed base loses the service work.

Inside the factory the records are just as split. The receiver’s test certificate stays with the vessel supplier and the airend serial sits on a nameplate, while the delivery test is on a loose sheet. Service history lives in a technician’s notebook. That is a lot to chase.

How the work runs today

A buyer states the pressure, the air delivery and the duty hours of a plant. The sales engineer proposes a model, a motor rating and a receiver size, adds a dryer, filter set or sound enclosure, and prices it. Custom packages need a different base frame or a special control panel. Options change the price.

The factory assembles the airend, motor, coupling, cooler, separator and control panel on a base frame, and a receiver tank, bought in or made, is pressure tested and fitted. Each package is run on a test bench for delivery, power and temperature. Dispatch sends a manual and a service kit schedule. Running hours then drive visits to the customer’s site.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for compressor manufacturers without a proper system.

Airend and motor serials are not tied to the package

The airend carries one serial and the package another. When a unit returns for warranty, the pair is looked up in two places.

Receiver tank certificates are filed separately

A vessel arrives with a test record kept by purchasing. The compressor shipped carries only the nameplate.

Delivery tests are not comparable

Free air delivery readings are taken at different ambient temperatures. A repeat test by a buyer’s engineer cannot be matched.

Service kits go out by guess

A technician carries a general kit and discovers the separator is the wrong size at the plant. A second visit follows.

Running hours stay on the customer’s meter

The hour meter reading is known only to the buyer. The maker learns a service is overdue when something stops.

What the software does

What we would build for compressor manufacturers.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Air delivery quotations

Quote by pressure, delivery and duty from your own model and option lists, with every revision kept.

Airend, motor and receiver records

Link the airend, motor, receiver and control panel to the package serial, with certificate numbers noted.

Assembly and base frame build

Follow each package through frame, airend, cooler, separator and wiring, with stages signed off by a lead.

Delivery and pressure tests

Save free air delivery, power, temperature and receiver pressure results per serial, in the format your engineers set.

Installed base and running hours

Keep each sold compressor under its customer with hour meter readings, so service due dates show on the desk.

Service kits and spares

Build service kits per model and hours interval, and quote spares from the installed serial.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 1

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, accounting reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 4

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 5

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions compressor manufacturers ask before they call.

Can the record show the airend serial for a given package?

Yes. Airend, motor and receiver are all linked to the package serial, so a warranty query opens one screen showing the three parts with their certificate numbers and test dates.

Does the software certify our pressure vessels?

No. It holds the test results and certificate numbers you enter. Which rules apply to your vessels is decided with your own engineers and regulator during implementation.

Can service kits be predefined by model?

Yes. Each model and hours interval has a kit list of filters, separator elements and oil, so the technician arrives with the kit that matches the machine, not a general one.

Can customers report running hours?

Yes. A technician enters the hour meter on each visit, and a customer can send readings by message. Due dates shift whenever a fresh reading arrives.

What happens after I share my requirements?

An engineer reads what you send and replies within one business day. We then look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough. You get a short written summary ordered by priority, with no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. That first review settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
