Manufacturing · Software for cement product manufacturers

Trace every block, paver and pipe from mix batch to curing yard and delivery truck.

A cement products plant mixes cement, sand and aggregate, moulds blocks, pavers, kerbs or pipes, cures them in a yard or tank and sells them by the piece or the truck. The cement product software records mix batches, moulding output, curing age, cube tests, breakage and dispatch. Customers get a delivery note that names the batch.

At a glance

Cement products gain strength with age. A block that is sold at three days is not the same product as one sold at twenty-eight. The plant mixes, moulds, cures and stacks daily, and the yard fills with pieces of different batches and ages. A buyer sees only the stack on the truck.

The software gives each batch a record. It ties the mix, the moulding run and the curing days to the stack and then to the truck, so a customer can be told exactly what was sent.

How the work runs today

Cement arrives by bag or bulk tanker, and sand and aggregate come by truck, weighed at the gate. The operator sets a mix by weight or volume for the product, adds water and admixture, and feeds the moulding machine. Hollow blocks, solid blocks, interlocking pavers, kerb stones and pipes each have their own mould and vibration time.

Fresh pieces are stacked on pallets or moved to a curing yard, where they are sprinkled or sit in a tank for days. Cubes are cast from the same mix and crushed at seven and twenty-eight days. Stacks are sold by age. A truck is loaded against an order, counted piece by piece, and breakage on the way is reported by the driver.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for cement product manufacturers without a proper system.

Mix quantities are only roughly kept

Cement, sand and aggregate go into the mixer by shovel count or bucket, so the same product gets a different mix every shift. Nobody can compare strength with the cement used, and quality becomes luck.

Curing age is not on the stack

Pieces are stacked by the day they were moulded, but the age is remembered by the yard worker. A customer is sold a young stack and complains about cracks once it is laid. Credit follows.

Cube tests are not tied to batches

Cubes are cast, crushed at the lab bench and jotted on a loose page. Nothing links a weak cube to the stacks poured from that mix, so the batch in doubt may already form part of a boundary wall. Nobody can say.

Breakage hides in several places

Pieces break at the machine, in the stack, in the truck and at the site, and without counts at each point the plant cannot say where losses begin. Everyone blames the road.

Trucks are loaded by estimate

A dealer is billed for a count that the loader guessed. The site counts less on arrival, and the credit note takes weeks to settle. Dealers remember.

What the software does

What we would build for cement product manufacturers.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Cement, sand and aggregate intake

Record deliveries by weight, supplier and material, with moisture or bulking noted for sand, and issue them to the mixer by batch.

Mix batch register

Log each mix by product, cement, sand, aggregate, water and admixture quantities, operator and time.

Moulding output by product

Record pieces made per mould, machine and shift, with rejects at the machine, by product and size.

Curing yard and tank age

Hold stacks by batch, location and moulding date, and show age in days so sales can see what is ready.

Cube and strength tests

Record cubes cast per batch and the seven and twenty-eight day results, and link them to the stacks made from that mix.

Breakage and handling losses

Count breakage at the machine, yard, loading and delivery, with reason and quantity.

Truck loading and delivery notes

Load against orders by stack and count, print the delivery note with batch references, and record receiving counts.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 1

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, accounting reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 4

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 5

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions cement product manufacturers ask before they call.

Can the system show which stacks are old enough to sell?

Yes. Each stack carries its moulding date and age in days. A product can be given a minimum age, and loading below it is flagged to the supervisor.

Can cube test results be linked to batches?

Yes. Cubes are recorded against the mix batch, and the seven and twenty-eight day results open the batch and the stacks made from it.

Does it manage pipes as well as blocks?

Pipes, pavers, kerb stones and blocks are separate products with their own moulds, sizes, curing and tests. One plant can run all of them.

Can drivers confirm counts on delivery?

Yes. The customer or driver signs a delivery note with counts, and a clerk records the receiving figures. A mismatch opens a breakage entry against the load.

What happens after I share my requirements?

An engineer reads what you send and replies within one business day. We then look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough. You get a short written summary ordered by priority, with no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. That first review settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
