Manufacturing · Software for tractor attachment manufacturers

Match every loader, rotavator and mower to the tractor model and hitch it was built for.

Attachment makers fabricate loaders, rotary tillers, mowers, post-hole diggers and quick hitches that must fit a tractor’s linkage, power take-off and hydraulics. The software holds each attachment’s tractor fit, cylinder and gearbox bills, and serial history for warranty and spares.

At a glance

A tractor attachment is useful only if it fits the tractor behind it. Hitch category, power take-off speed, hydraulic flow and mounting points all differ by tractor model, so a single attachment design often has several variants that look alike on the lot. Selling the wrong variant means a return trip.

Software for attachment makers records the tractor fit with the order and carries it through the build, so the shop and the dealer work from the same variant. Share your requirements to begin.

How the work runs today

A dealer or a farm enquires for a loader, a rotary tiller, a mower, a bale spike or a backhoe, and names the tractor by make, model and horsepower. The sales desk checks hitch category, power take-off speed and hydraulic flow, then quotes the variant and any brackets for that model, often while the dealer waits on the phone. The order goes to the fabrication shop with a drawing that lists mounting plates, pins and bush sizes.

Fabricators cut and weld the frame. Machinists bore pin holes and bushes. Cylinders, gearboxes and blades are bought in or made, then fitted at assembly, where hydraulic hoses are routed and tested for leaks. After painting, the attachment is tagged, tried on a tractor in the yard and packed for dispatch, often the same afternoon if the trial tractor is free. Warranty claims arrive after the first season, and each one names a weld, a pin or a hose that someone must now find.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for tractor attachment manufacturers without a proper system.

Tractor fit is checked by phone

Hitch category, shaft speed and hydraulic flow differ between models. A wrong bracket set is found at the farm. It comes back.

Variants of one design are not separated

A loader for two tractor ranges shares most parts but not its mounting plates. The shop builds from a general drawing, the plates are cut for the wrong range, and the first pin will not line up with the lower link.

Hydraulic parts are not traced to the build

Cylinders, hoses and valves come from several suppliers. A leak report is hard to link to the lot. Nobody knows.

Test on a tractor is not recorded

The yard test is done on one tractor and noted verbally. Later nobody can say whether lift, tilt and pressure were checked at all.

Warranty claims lack a build record

A bent arm or a cracked weld is reported with a photo. The maker cannot find which welder, which plate or which date. Nothing is filed.

What the software does

What we would build for tractor attachment manufacturers.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Tractor fit sheets

Hold tractor make, model, power, hitch category, shaft speed and hydraulic flow, and show which attachment variants and brackets suit each.

Variant bills and drawings

Keep the bill and drawing for each attachment variant, including mounting plates, pins, bushes, cylinders and gearboxes, with revisions.

Frame fabrication and boring

Track cutting, welding and pin-hole boring for each frame, with the welder named and the bush sizes checked.

Hydraulic and gearbox fitting

Record cylinders, valves, hoses and gearboxes fitted by serial or lot, with the pressure test result for the circuit.

Yard test and handover

Note the tractor used for the trial and the lift, tilt, depth or cut checks, then release the attachment with its serial.

Warranty and spares

Open a claim against the serial and see its build history. Quote blades, pins and cylinders from the fitted bill.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 1

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, accounting reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 4

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 5

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions tractor attachment manufacturers ask before they call.

Can the same loader have versions for different tractors?

Yes. Each variant has its own mounting plate list, and the order carries the tractor model so the right set is built.

Does it record hydraulic test results?

Yes. Circuit pressure and leak checks are saved to the serial. The check list is set with your own assembly staff.

Can a warranty claim open the build history?

Yes. Search the serial and see the welder, plate lot, cylinder serial and test results.

Is the yard trial tractor noted?

Yes. The trial tractor’s make and model are stored beside the checks, so a later question about fit can be answered.

What happens after I share my requirements?

An engineer reads what you send and replies within one business day. We then look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough. You get a short written summary ordered by priority, with no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. That first review settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
