Manufacturing · Software for irrigation equipment manufacturers

Track every drip line roll, emitter lot and valve from resin intake to the field project.

Irrigation makers extrude drip tube and pipe, mould emitters, fittings and valves, then pack kits for field layouts. Resin lots, emitter flow tests, roll lengths and project kits sit together on one record, which lets a dealer’s order be packed against a stated field layout.

At a glance

Irrigation products are small, numerous and sold by the field. One project can call for thousands of metres of drip line plus hundreds of fittings. Filters and valves must match the layout. If one tee, filter or valve is short when the truck is loaded for the dealer’s depot, the whole kit waits and the farmer misses the planting date.

Software for irrigation makers keeps the resin lot, the emitter flow result and the roll length on the same record. Nothing gets retyped between shops. Tell us how the extrusion lines, moulding bays, test bench and kit packing table run, and each of them gets its own screen on that record.

How the work runs today

Resin arrives in bags or silos with a lot number and a melt index. The extrusion line makes drip tube with emitters bonded inside at a set spacing. Operators check wall thickness, emitter pitch and the flow from a sample of emitters on the test bench, and write each reading on a sheet beside the machine. Finished tube is wound on rolls of a stated length. The injection moulding bays turn out fittings, filters and valves, each with its own cycle time and cavity count.

Dealers send field layouts, with plot dimensions, row spacing, flow and pressure. The design desk turns each layout into a bill of lines, fittings, filters and valves. Packers collect the kit, check counts and label it by plot. Spares for old projects return in the next season, usually by emitter type and tube diameter. Old questions need old records.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for irrigation equipment manufacturers without a proper system.

Emitter flow results stay on the test bench

Flow readings are taken from a sample and noted on a sheet. A dealer reports uneven watering from one roll, and nobody can show what the bench measured for that run.

Roll lengths are estimated

Operators wind rolls to a rough length by meter reading. Shortfalls appear only when the farmer lays the line in the field and finds that it runs out well before the end of the last row.

Project kits are packed from memory

A layout calls for specific lines, filters, valves and tees. Packers collect them from several shelves. A missing connector is found in the field, far from the shop, by someone who has to drive back for it.

Moulded parts carry no resin lot

Resin bags arrive at the moulding hopper with different drying histories, and fittings and valves get made from a blend of them. If cracking appears on one part, the lot cannot be traced to the cartons that carry it.

A revised filter never reaches the packer

Once the dealer holds a quote, the designer swaps a filter for another size. The packer keeps working from the older kit list, so the wrong item goes out.

What the software does

What we would build for irrigation equipment manufacturers.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Field layouts and kit bills

Hold the plot layout from the dealer, with row spacing, flow and pressure, and turn it into a bill of drip line, tees, filters and valves.

Extrusion runs and roll records

Record each drip tube run with resin lot, wall thickness, emitter pitch and the metres wound on each roll.

Emitter flow testing

Save sample flow readings by run and emitter type, with the pressure used, and flag a run that falls outside the range your engineers set.

Moulded fitting runs

Track mould, cavity count, cycle time and resin lot for each batch of fittings, filters and valves, and record rejects and flash.

Kit packing and labelling

Pick items against the kit bill, scan counts, and label the carton by dealer and plot, so a shortage shows before dispatch.

Dealer orders and spares

Take dealer orders for kits and spares, show balance and dispatch dates, and look up the emitter and diameter of an older project.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 1

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, accounting reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 4

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 5

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions irrigation equipment manufacturers ask before they call.

Can a complaint about one roll be traced?

Yes. Each roll stores its run, resin lot and flow test, so a dealer’s report on uneven watering leads to the exact bench readings.

Does it work from a field layout?

Yes. Plot data from the dealer becomes a bill of lines, fittings and valves. The packer sees the same list the designer approved.

Can the same mould feed several fittings?

Yes. Mould, cavity and cycle time are recorded per run, and rejects are counted by type.

How are old projects supported?

Each project keeps its emitter type and tube diameter. When a dealer orders spares next season, the right parts are quoted from that record.

What happens after I share my requirements?

An engineer reads what you send and replies within one business day. We then look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough. You get a short written summary ordered by priority, with no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. That first review settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
