Manufacturing · Software for precast concrete manufacturers

Follow each cast element from drawing mark to mould, curing, yard bay and crane.

A precast plant casts beams, columns, slabs, wall panels and drainage units in steel moulds and ships them to a project in erection order. The precast concrete software ties each element mark to its drawing revision, rebar cage, cube results and delivery.

At a glance

Every precast element has a mark, such as B-214 or WP-07, and the mark is the only name the site knows it by. If the mark, the revision or the cast date is wrong, a heavy unit arrives that cannot be placed. That is costly.

Production tracking for precast plants follows each mark through the casting schedule. Rebar, embedded plates and lifting inserts are checked before the pour, and demoulding strength is recorded before the unit moves, so the crane never lifts on a guess. The erection sequence drives what loads first.

How the work runs today

The planner takes an element schedule from the project drawings and assigns marks to casting beds and moulds for the week, allowing for mould changeovers and the dates the site asked for. The steel shop cuts and bends bars into cages, and the fixing team places embeds, sleeves and lifting anchors. The supervisor checks cover and positions against the shop drawing before the concrete is poured. Nothing is poured unchecked.

Cubes are cast with each pour. They cure beside the unit. Once the cube result reaches the strength set for lifting, the unit is demoulded and a crane places it in the yard. It may wait for steam or water curing, finishing touch-ups or a coat. Trailers are loaded in erection order. The mark list is signed at the gate.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for precast concrete manufacturers without a proper system.

Drawing revisions reach the bed late

A revised shop drawing is issued, yet the old cage is already tied. The unit is cast and measured on the slab. It is wrong.

Embedded items are missed

Cleats, sleeves, inserts and conduit boxes are cast in and cannot be added later. A single missing plate means a core drilling job on site, at height, with a rented rig.

Lifting strength is judged by the calendar

Units are demoulded by the number of days, not by the cube result. A weak unit cracks at the lifting point. The crane waits.

Yard stock is hard to find

Hundreds of marks stand in racks and stacks. Finding the one that goes on tomorrow’s trailer costs a crane move, a driver’s wait and a lost hour. Tags fade.

Erection order and loading disagree

The site wants columns before beams, but the yard loads whatever is nearest to the gate, because nobody has the erection order in front of them. Trailers arrive in the wrong order and the crane stands idle.

What the software does

What we would build for precast concrete manufacturers.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Element schedule by project

Load the list of marks for a project with drawing number, revision, volume and weight, then follow each mark from planned to erected.

Casting bed and mould planning

Assign marks to beds and moulds by date. Mould reuse counts rise with every pour, and a note is kept whenever a mould is changed or repaired.

Rebar cage and embed checklist

Record cage dimensions, cover, embedded plates and lifting inserts for each mark, with the checker’s sign-off before the pour.

Pour, cube and demould record

Log the mix, pour time and cubes cast for each element. Show cube results against the strength set for lifting before the unit moves.

Yard bays and stacking

Place each element in a bay or rack and find it by mark. Record repairs and finishing touches done in the yard.

Loading and erection sequence

Build a trailer load in erection order, check marks at the gate, and record what the site received and what it rejected.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 1

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, accounting reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 4

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 5

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions precast concrete manufacturers ask before they call.

Does it work with the marks on our drawings?

Yes. Each element is held under the mark printed on the shop drawing, together with its revision. Marks can be loaded from a spreadsheet schedule at the start of a project.

Can it show whether a unit is strong enough to lift?

Yes. It shows cube results against the lifting strength your engineers set for each element type. They check that figure before the first mark is cast on the system.

We cast both standard and made-to-order elements. Is that covered?

Yes. Repeated items such as slabs and manhole rings run on stock and orders, while project elements run on a schedule with revision control, and both appear together in one yard view. Nothing is split.

Can the customer see which elements have shipped?

Yes, through a project view limited to that customer. It lists marks cast, in the yard, loaded and delivered. Access is decided by your office.

What happens after I share my requirements?

An engineer reads what you send and replies within one business day. We then look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough. You get a short written summary ordered by priority, with no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. That first review settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
