One system for templates, slabs, cut layouts, shop stages, installs and invoices.
Manage quotations, site templates, slab and remnant stock, cut layouts, shop stages, delivery, installation crews and invoices for stone, quartz and laminate countertops in one system. Each top has one job record from the first measurement to the fitted install. Templaters, programmers, shop crews and installers read the same figures, and accounts bill against the same job.
- Material price list, edge profiles and cutout types entered as you quote
- Customer lists, open jobs and slab stock loaded before go-live
- Stages, edge options and material categories adjusted by GullySystem when you ask
A fabricator can quote, template, cut, finish, install and invoice every top from Countertop Manufacturer Management Software, which GullySystem builds around your slab yard, remnant racks and shop stages. Each top has one job record that carries its slab, its cutouts and its install date. Templaters, shop crews, installers and accounts all work from that record.
What goes wrong before the software.
How the work flows through it, step by step.
- 1
Quotation
The office prices the tops by area, edge, cutouts and splashbacks, and records the material and finish the customer wants.
- 2
Slab selection
The customer picks a slab from stock. It is reserved to the job, and the lot and slab number are noted.
- 3
Template
The templater visits after cabinets are fitted, records measurements, notes sink and hob models and uploads photographs.
- 4
Layout and cutting
The layout is nested on the reserved slab. The saw or CNC router cuts the pieces, and the shop sees them listed by station.
- 5
Finishing and quality
Pieces are edged, polished, drilled and cut out. A check against the template catches errors before wrapping.
- 6
Delivery, install and invoice
Pieces are loaded in install order. Crews fit and seal, snags are listed, and the balance invoice follows completion.
What is inside.
Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.
The business modules it is built from.
Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.
- Quote & Proposal Management
Tops are priced by area, edge, cutout and splashback, and each revision keeps the material and finish the customer picked.
- Project Document Management
Site measurements, photographs and layout sketches are filed against the job, so the shop cuts from the figures the templater took.
- Batch and Serial Tracking
Each slab carries its lot, thickness and number, so a customer’s chosen slab is traceable from the yard to the fitted top.
- Stock Tracking and Alerts
Offcuts are entered as stock by size and lot, and searched before a new slab is opened for a small job.
- Work Order Management
Each piece is listed at its station, from the saw to the polisher, so the office can see which jobs are waiting.
- Bill of Materials
Adhesive, sealant, blades and polishing pads are linked to each job, and stores issue them against the list.
- Quality Control
Dimension and surface checks are recorded before wrapping, and a broken or reworked piece is logged with its cause.
- Invoice Management
A deposit, a balance and extras for site changes are raised as separate invoices on one job, each with its own receipt.

Questions owners ask before a demo.
How does a slab stay linked to a job?
When the customer selects a slab it is reserved to the job by lot and number. That slab is excluded from free stock until the job releases it or uses it.
Can we keep a record of offcuts and offer them again?
Yes. An offcut is entered with its size, lot and thickness. A later job for a vanity or a ledge searches remnants first, so a new slab is opened less often.
What does the templater record on site?
Dimensions, overhangs, seam positions, sink and hob models and photographs are saved on the job. Your own list of required fields is set up first.
Can the shop see a revised order straight away?
Yes. A change to an edge or a cutout is saved as a new revision, and the shop sees the latest sheet. Earlier versions stay on the record.
Does it support laminate and solid surface as well as stone?
Yes. Each material has its own price basis and stock unit, so a sheet of laminate and a slab of quartz are tracked and quoted properly.
Can installers confirm completion on a phone?
Yes. The crew opens the job, records snags, adds photographs and takes the customer’s sign-off. Signal is needed to save the entry.
How are deposits and stage invoices handled?
A job can bill a deposit at order, a balance at install and extras for site changes. Each is an invoice with its own receipt and due date.
Can existing stock and open jobs be brought in?
Yes. Slab lots, offcuts, jobs in progress and unpaid invoices are read in from your files. Before the first live day the yard foreman walks the racks while the office reads the job list, and both compare what they see with the screen.
What happens during the demonstration?
A sample kitchen is followed from quotation to fitted top, with slab reservation and each cut stage shown. After we understand your shop, we send a priced offer.
Who supports the system after launch?
GullySystem hosts it and answers support requests. Requests to change stages, edge options or material categories are handled as you raise them.
Wondering what it costs? Six questions give you a written scope and the buckets any quote should separate.
