What depends on the other system
Messages depend on the sending account and a working number for each patient. Card and UPI payments depend on the arrangement the clinic holds with its bank or provider. The system records what was paid. It replaces neither.
X-ray machines and lab portals
Images are uploaded to the patient record. Whether a particular X-ray sensor or a dental lab’s own portal can feed the system is checked during scoping, and nothing is promised until it has been looked at.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, for messages sent from the system. It is set up with you, and a clinic can begin with SMS and add WhatsApp later.
Can the system connect to our accounting software?
Not built in. Data can be handed to the accountant as a file, and a direct Tally link is priced once the clinic confirms it is wanted.
Will it read images from our X-ray sensor?
Possibly. Images are uploaded by default, and direct capture from a sensor is looked at with the clinic’s equipment during scoping.
Is patient data moved from our current software?
Yes. Patient lists, phone numbers and open plans are imported from existing software or a register, and the desk checks the result with the clinic before it goes live.
