Who opens what
One set of stock underneath
A packet sold at the counter and a packet sent to a flat come off the same stock number. That is why the four screens are one system. Nothing is reconciled at the end of the week.
A customer app that belongs to the shop
This app serves the customers the shop already has. It is not a marketplace. No quick-commerce platform lists the shop on it, and no commission comes off the bill. Growth means regular customers ordering through the app instead of ringing. It does not bring new ones.
Frequently asked questions
Do riders need expensive phones?
No. An ordinary Android phone with mobile data is enough. The rider screen shows the address, the items and two buttons.
Can we start without the customer app?
Yes. The counter and the stock can go live first, and the customer app is added later, once the item list and the prices on it are correct.
Can we control who sees what?
Yes. Each person logs in as themselves. Counter staff can be kept away from prices, profit and khata balances, and that access is set during implementation.
Can the owner bill at the counter too?
Yes, with a separate owner login. Bills made by the owner appear in the same sales list as everyone else’s.
