Before spending anything
We start by looking at what runs today: the billing machine, the paper ledger and the Excel sheet. It says what is worth fixing first. Some shops are advised to clean up the item master and continue as they are. There is no obligation afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Why not publish a price like other billing apps do?
Because the work is set up around the shop, and no login is simply handed over. Two stores of the same size can need different work, so a printed price would suit neither.
Is there a charge per counter or per user?
It depends on the shop. The structure is in the written proposal, and the cost of a second counter is worth asking about at the demo, before it is needed.
What if we only want billing?
Then it is quoted for billing. The scope is smaller, the cost is smaller, and the rest can be added later without starting again.
Is a small kirana better off with a cheap billing app?
Sometimes. If a GST bill is all that is needed, with no khata and no delivery, an app from a store costs less than a set-up.
