Plumbing Contractor Software Views for Owners, Office and Plumbers
Many hands in a plumbing firm work on one job. Every role gets screens made for its own duties, covering the job from enquiry to payment.
One job, five roles
Through a day
A complaint arrives by phone, and the office raises a ticket and assigns a plumber, who attends, notes the parts fitted and closes the call. At a site, the supervisor updates the stage while the store keeper issues pipes. By evening the office has posted receipts. The owner reads the dues.
At month end
Attendance and piece-rate work give each plumber’s wage statement, and running bills go out to builders. Owners see billing, collections and material cost for each job, and the accountant takes the exports for the books. A supervisor sees only his own sites.

Frequently asked questions
Can a plumber see another plumber’s wages?
No. The standard view is his own calls, attendance and wage statement. The owner and our team fix what each role can open, at set-up.
Do plumbers need to come to the office to use it?
No. A phone browser is enough, whether the plumber is at the site or in a client’s house.
Can the owner see every site at once?
Yes. Owners see all jobs together, with billing and material for each, and can open any single site.
Who changes a role’s access later?
On request, GullySystem staff alter a role’s access. The first setting for each role is agreed during implementation.
