Who Registered the Buyer, and When
Two partners want the same commission. One sent a name on WhatsApp on the 12th, and the other drove the family to the site on the 19th. Your sales head is deciding this from screenshots.
The registration is the whole thing
A partner registers a buyer against a project. The name, the phone number and the moment it was entered are kept together. If that number is already in the system, the duplicate is flagged then, not after the booking.
What the partner record holds
The firm and the person
Partner name, the individual who actually calls you, his number and the projects he sells. Not a visiting card in a drawer.
Buyers registered, with dates
Every registration by that partner, in order, and what became of each one. Someone who registers fifty names and brings nobody shows up plainly.
Site visits accompanied
The visit record notes who came with the family. Registering a buyer and bringing him are two different claims, and both sit on the file.
The commission rate agreed
The rate for that partner, used when a booking closes. Different partners on different rates is normal, and it is stored rather than remembered.
When the claim is disputed
The software does not decide. It lays out what happened, in order.
- The date and time each registration was entered
- Whether the buyer already existed as a walk-in or a portal lead
- Who accompanied the site visit, and on which date
- The salesperson who worked the lead in between
- The rule you agreed at set-up, written down rather than argued each time
Frequently asked questions
How long does a partner’s registration hold?
For the period you decide. That rule is agreed when the CRM is set up, and the registration date makes it checkable. Somebody asking on the 90th day gets the same answer as one asking on the 10th.
What if the buyer walked in on his own first?
Then he is already a lead with a source and a date. The partner’s later registration sits behind that, and the order is visible. Deciding what to pay is still yours.
Can partners log in and see their own buyers?
Not as it stands. Registrations are entered by your own team, and whatever a partner is told still comes from a person at your office.
