Our listings live in three phones and nobody knows which flat is still available.
Real estate agents run on WhatsApp broadcast lists, portal leads, a phone full of owner numbers and a notebook of who saw which property. GullySystem sets up its Real Estate CRM for agencies, adding a listings register so requirements meet properties, every site visit is logged and commission is tracked until paid. The free technology audit looks at how your listings and leads move today before anything is built.
An agent’s real stock is information: which owner wants to sell, at what price, with which documents ready, and which buyer is looking for exactly that. Most of it sits in one person’s head and a WhatsApp chat.
We start from our Real Estate CRM, which already handles enquiries, site visits, follow-ups and commission. For resale and rentals we add a listings register, with phone screens built for use at the flat.
A new listing arrives as a call from an owner or a tip from another broker. Someone takes photos, notes the carpet area, floor, facing, khata status and expected price, and posts it on a portal and a few WhatsApp groups. Buyer and tenant leads come from portals, JustDial, walk-ins and referrals.
An executive takes a family to three flats, and by evening the owner has changed the price. When a deal closes, the commission from both sides, the rental agreement and the token advance are tracked in a notebook or a chat.
What goes wrong for real estate agents without a proper system.
Two of our people showed the same buyer
Without a visit log, the buyer who came through a portal is shown the same flat by a second executive, and the commission split becomes a fight.
Listings go stale
A flat rented last week is still being pitched because nobody marked it closed across the portals and groups.
Old buyers are forgotten
A family who wanted a 3BHK in Rajajinagar six months ago never hears about the one that just came in.
Commission is chased from memory
Half of it from the owner, half from the tenant, sometimes a share for a co-broker, and nobody has it written down.
What we would build for real estate agents.
Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.
Enquiries from every source
Portal, JustDial, walk-in and referral leads in one list with budget, area and the next follow-up. A repeated phone number is flagged.
Listings register
Every resale or rental property with photos, area, floor, facing, documents in hand, price history and status, searchable by locality and budget.
Buyer and tenant requirements
Budget, area, size and move-in date for each lead, so when a new listing comes in, you can pull up the families who asked for it.
Site-visit log
Who showed which property to whom and when, recorded from the phone, which settles most arguments over who brought the buyer.
Deal and commission tracker
Token amount, agreement date, commission due from each side and any co-broker share, shown as due or paid.
Builder projects you sell
For new launches, each builder’s units with their status, and your commission tracked per builder.
Ready products that fit real estate agents.
Each one is adapted to how your business works before it goes live, and anything your trade needs that it lacks is added then. You are not paying to build the basics again.

Can it pull leads from 99acres and MagicBricks?
Usually yes. Most portals send leads by email or offer an export, and we pick those up automatically so nobody retypes them.
Do we need accounting software as well?
Keep Tally or your accountant’s setup for the books. The CRM tracks commission raised and received, and those entries can be sent to Tally so nobody types them twice.
Isn’t a free CRM app good enough for a small agency?
Often it is, if you mainly need a contact list. It stops fitting when you want listings matched to requirements and a visit log that settles who brought the buyer.
Will my executives use it in the field?
They will if logging a visit takes less time than sending a WhatsApp message. We design the phone screens with your team first.
What happens in the free technology audit?
We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.
How much will the software cost?
We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
