Integrations with Existing Systems
The system connects to six kinds of outside system: university result portals, Tally, Razorpay, the WhatsApp Business API, biometric attendance devices, and SMS and email. Each connection is scoped with the college.
Connected, not replaced
Colleges already run accounts, payments, messaging and attendance devices. The system connects to these and does not replace them. What a connection can do depends on what the other system allows, so each one is confirmed during implementation.

Connections move data between systems. They do not change the rules of the other system. A university decides its own result format, and a payment gateway decides its own settlement timing. Neither is controlled from here.

Does it work with our biometric devices?
Support is confirmed per device. The make and model are checked during scoping, before any promise is made.
Do we have to use Razorpay?
Razorpay is the gateway that is listed. Another gateway can be discussed, and it would be scoped separately.
Will fee entries reach Tally?
Yes, they can pass to Tally. The ledger names and the timing are agreed with the college’s accountant.
Can the university result be imported for our university?
Affiliated colleges import the university result. Whether a particular university’s format can be read is checked during scoping.
