It links with the channels a painting contractor’s office already uses to reach clients, receive money and pass figures to the accountant. What each connection needs is confirmed during scoping.

Receiving payments
A stage bill can carry a UPI link or a payment gateway link. The client pays, and the receipt appears on that bill. Which gateway to use, and what the provider charges, is between you and that provider. We configure the link.
Accounts and Tally
The accountant can be given exports of bills, receipts, wages and dealer balances. A direct feed into Tally is not part of the base setup. Whether it is worth building depends on the way the accountant maintains the ledgers, and that is reviewed together.
What depends on the other system
A connection works only as well as the account behind it. A WhatsApp number that is not approved, or a gateway that is not activated, cannot send or collect. The list below is what is checked first. The list is short.
- Which phone number sends WhatsApp and SMS messages to clients
- Which UPI handle or gateway account receives stage payments
- Which accountant receives the exports, and in what layout
- Whether any barcode or label printer for paint tins is wanted
What is left out
No connection is switched on without the client’s agreement, and each one can be turned off again later if the office stops using that channel. Costs charged by message providers and gateways are paid by the client directly, and they are quoted by those providers, not by GullySystem. Nothing is hidden. Anything beyond this list, such as a link to a builder’s own portal, is scoped as separate work.
Frequently asked questions
Does the system send messages to painters as well?
It can send a site address and start time to a mestri over WhatsApp or SMS. Whether painters receive messages directly is decided with the owner.
Is a direct Tally link included?
No. Exports come with the system, and a live connection is scoped and quoted should the accountant ask for one.
Can the client pay by card?
A payment gateway link can accept cards, UPI and net banking, depending on the gateway chosen. The setup is confirmed during scoping.
Do I need a printer for paint tins?
Only if you want labels on tins you tint or store. Most contractors work without one, and it can be added later.
