Waterproofing Software Views for Owners, Estimators and Supervisors
A waterproofing job passes through several hands, from the first leak call to a warranty reminder years later. Every role lands on the screens for its own stretch of the job.
One job, four roles
Following a job through the roles
A leak call is logged by the office and passed to a supervisor for inspection. The estimator prices the work from his notes. After acceptance the supervisor records the coats and the material drawn, and accounts raises a bill as each stage completes. At handover the warranty entry opens, and the owner sees the whole job in one place.
Callbacks and warranty
A complaint years later goes to the office first. The entry shows the system applied and the warranty period. The supervisor who revisits sees the earlier stage record and photographs. The owner reads how often a treatment has come back.

Frequently asked questions
Can a supervisor see the price of a job?
Only on the owner’s say-so. The usual setting shows supervisors the scope, stages and material, and keeps rates and margins with the owner and estimators.
Do site supervisors need a computer?
No. They work from a phone on site, entering stages, material and test results, and the office sees each entry once it is saved.
Can an owner with several crews see all sites together?
Yes. Owners see every job, its stage and its crew in one list, and can open any site for the detail.
Who changes what a role can open later?
Access for each role is settled during implementation. Any later change to access goes through the GullySystem team.
