Field Services · Waterproofing Contractor Management Software

One connected system for inspections, quotations, treatment records and warranty.

Manage terrace, bathroom, basement and tank waterproofing jobs in one system. Leak enquiries and site inspections become measured quotations. Each coat applied is entered on the job card, the ponding test is logged at handover, and the warranty register shows what is still covered. Stage bills follow the work.

  • Treatment systems, rate list and warranty terms entered the way you quote
  • Open jobs, dues and warranties migrated from your register
  • Treatment system and warranty term changes handled by the GullySystem team

Waterproofing Contractor Management Software keeps terrace, bathroom, basement and tank jobs on one file, set up by GullySystem. Leak enquiries and site inspection measurements become the quotation. Each coat and screed is entered on the job card, the ponding test is logged at handover, and the warranty register shows what is still covered. Stage bills follow the work.

Where it breaks today

What goes wrong before the software.

Inspection notes are not kept with the quote

The supervisor sees the damp patches and the cracks on site. The estimator quotes later from memory and a few photographs. The two are not joined.

Area and system are quoted by guess

Terrace area, parapet height and the number of coats decide the quantity of material. When measurements are not written down, the quotation and the work drift apart.

Coats are applied without a record

Primer, first coat, mesh, second coat and screed happen on different days with different crew. Nobody can say later which stage was done and on which date.

Material goes out and is not matched to the job

Pails of coating, membrane rolls and cement are issued from the godown. What each site used, and what came back, is not recorded.

Warranty details are held in files

A client calls about a leak years later. The system used, the date of handover and the terms are somewhere in a folder.

Stage payments are chased from memory

Advance, mid-work and final bills are raised when someone remembers. Retention held by a builder stays on a separate list.

How it runs

How the work flows through it, step by step.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

A leak complaint or a builder’s tender request is logged with the address, the area affected and who referred it. An inspection visit is booked for a supervisor.

  2. 2

    Inspection

The supervisor records measurements, the surface, the cracks and damp patches, and any earlier treatment, with photographs for each area.

  3. 3

    Quotation

The estimator picks the treatment system for each area and prices it from the measured square feet. The client receives the quotation and the proposed warranty terms.

  4. 4

    Treatment

Crew are assigned to the job and material is issued from the godown. Each stage, from surface preparation to the final coat, is logged as it is finished.

  5. 5

    Test and handover

The ponding test is recorded with start and end times and the result. The client signs the handover, and the warranty register opens for that area.

  6. 6

    After the job

Stage bills and retention are followed up. Leak callbacks within the warranty are logged against the original treatment, and warranty end dates raise a reminder.

Solutions inside

The business modules it is built from.

Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.

  • Lead Management

The office logs enquiries from clients, builders and referrers with address and type of leak, and assigns the inspection visit.

  • Estimate/Quotation Management

Terrace, bathroom, basement and tank work is priced from measured square feet and the treatment system chosen for each area.

  • Technician Scheduling

Supervisors assign applicators and helpers to sites by day and can see which jobs are waiting for a free crew.

  • Stock Tracking and Alerts

Coating pails, membrane rolls, cement and sealants are issued to a site, and use is compared with what the quotation allowed.

  • Invoice Management

Advance, running and final bills are raised against job stages, with retention and dues tracked for builders and homeowners.

  • Ticket Management

A leak complaint is logged against the original treatment, the revisit and its cause are recorded, and the office sees whether warranty applies.

  • Asset AMC Tracking

Every treated area has its system, handover date and warranty terms on the register, and end dates raise reminders.

Made to fit

Adapted to your business before it goes live.

You are not handed a login and left to it. The product is set up around your records, your people and the tools you already use.

Your treatment systems

The systems you apply, the coats each one needs and the material for each coat are set up as you quote them.

Rate list and measurement rules

Rates per square foot, how parapets and skirting are measured and what counts as an extra are entered the way you work.

Warranty terms

The warranty period for each system and what it covers are decided with you and stored against each treated area.

Open jobs and dues migrated

Jobs in progress, balances due and warranties still running are brought across from your register.

Hosting and changes

GullySystem hosts the system. When a treatment system, rate or warranty term changes, you ask and the GullySystem team updates it.

Common questions

Questions owners ask before a demo.

Is it built for waterproofing or for general contractors?

It is built for waterproofing contractors. Inspection notes, treatment systems, coats, the ponding test and the warranty register follow how a waterproofing job runs.

Can quotations be priced by square feet?

Yes. Each area is measured on inspection and priced from your rate list for the system chosen. How extras and minimum charges apply is decided with you.

Can each coat be recorded on site?

Yes. Supervisors log each stage as it is finished, with the date, the crew and the material used. The record stays with the job.

How does the warranty register work?

Each treated area carries the system, the handover date and the terms you gave. Reminders appear before a warranty ends, and callbacks are logged against it.

Does it record the ponding test?

Yes. The start time, end time, result and client signature are stored against the area. How long the test runs is decided with you.

Can builders’ retention be tracked?

Yes. Retention held on a bill is listed separately until it is released. The terms come from each builder’s contract, not from the software.

Can the accounts go into Tally?

Not built in. Bills and receipts remain on file, ready for the accountant to read. An export for Tally is quoted on its own once the format is known.

Can open jobs and warranties be moved across?

Yes. Jobs in progress, dues and running warranties are brought across from your paper register or spreadsheet, and your team reviews them before go-live.

Who owns the data?

You do. Taking your data out when you leave is covered in the proposal, ahead of the first day of work.

Is this worth having with only a few crews?

Probably not if you take a handful of jobs and give no written warranty. A free technology audit can say so plainly.

Wondering what it costs? Six questions give you a written scope and the buckets any quote should separate.
