Artist and Assistant Roster for Bridal Makeup Studios
This module assigns lead artists, hairstylists, saree drapers and assistants to each booking. Call times are listed, and a clash is shown when one person is placed at two venues.
Who is placed where
A wedding morning can need a lead artist for the bride, a second artist for the family, a hairstylist and an assistant to carry the kit.
Pay for the work done
Each artist’s completed bookings are listed for the month. The studio may pay per booking, per event or as a share, and the rule is set with the owner. The list is the record the studio uses at payment time.
How it connects
The roster draws on the booking and feeds the travel plan, because the venue and call time affect each other. The artist’s phone view comes from it too.
What the studio decides
Pay rules, the number of bookings one artist can take on a date and who may assign staff belong to the studio. The module shows clashes. It does not choose the team for the owner.
Frequently asked questions
Can a freelance artist be added for one date?
Yes. The artist is entered for that date and sees only that booking. She does not see the studio’s other clients.
Does it track attendance?
It records who was assigned and who completed the booking. If the studio wants a dedicated attendance device, that is costed on its own.
Can an artist swap with another?
Yes, with the owner’s permission. The change is recorded, and the call times update for both.
Can the roster be shared with the team?
Yes. Each person sees their own bookings on a phone. A printed list for the day can also be taken from the roster.
