Client Records for Bridal Makeup Studios
This module keeps one profile for each client with her events, skin notes, allergies and past looks. Family members are linked, so the studio recognises a returning bride or her sister at the first call.
What a profile holds
A bridal client is seen for months before the wedding and sometimes again for years afterwards. Her profile follows her through each event. Nothing starts from a blank page.
Dates that bring a client back
A wedding anniversary, a sister’s engagement or a festival season can all bring the bride back to the studio. The profile stores these dates, and the desk can send a message that matches them. Messages go only to clients who have agreed.
Privacy of the records
Photos and skin notes are personal to the client. Access to them is set by role, and the studio decides who sees what. Rules on storage and sharing are reviewed at scoping, before any records are moved in.
What the studio decides
The studio decides which fields to keep and how long to hold old records. The module stores the profile. It does not share a client’s photos or details with anyone outside the studio, and it does not publish them.
Frequently asked questions
Can existing clients be imported?
Yes. Names, phone numbers, past events and notes can be imported from a sheet or an older system. The booking desk checks the imported names before launch.
Can a family be linked together?
Yes. A mother, sisters and friends can be linked to the bride’s profile and found from any of their numbers.
Are photos stored?
Yes, where the studio chooses to keep them. A client’s consent for photos is recorded the way the studio takes it.
Can a client ask to be removed?
A request can be recorded, and the studio then decides what to delete. The process is set during implementation.
