Bridal Party Packages for Makeup Studios
This module prices the bride and her family as one booking. Each person has a service, a time and an artist, and add-ons such as hair, draping and lashes are billed on the same package.
One booking, several people
A bridal morning is rarely one face. The booking lists everyone who is to be done and what each person has asked for.
Package rules
Packages are the studio’s own, such as a bridal package with trial, or a combined engagement and reception rate. A change in head count changes the price on the booking, and the earlier quote is kept so the family can see what moved. Add-ons follow the same rule.
How the package is used
The package gives the roster its list of people and the stock list its products. The invoice takes its lines from the same package. Nothing is typed twice, which keeps the three in step.
What the studio decides
Prices, group rates and the add-on list are decided with the owner, and we edit them whenever the studio asks. The module does not suggest a price. It also does not apply a discount that the owner has not approved.
Frequently asked questions
Can a guest be added a day before?
Yes. The booking is edited, the price changes and the roster shows whether an artist is free for that slot.
Can a package include the trial?
Yes. The trial can be part of the package or billed apart. The studio sets which it uses.
Are different artists priced differently?
They can be. A senior artist’s look can carry its own rate, set by the studio when the service list is entered.
Does the family see a quote?
A quote can be shared as a message or a PDF. What it shows, and how long it stays valid, is set with the studio.
