Beauty and wellness · Bridal Makeup Studio Management Software

One connected system for bridal bookings, trials, advances and artist schedules.

Manage a bridal makeup studio in one system. Enquiries, trial appointments and wedding dates sit on a single calendar. Advances and balances are recorded against each booking, and every artist and assistant sees the venue, the call time and the look agreed at the trial.

  • Service list, bridal packages and advance rules entered as you sell them
  • Client list and open bookings with balances migrated
  • Package and rule edits handled for you whenever you ask

Bridal Makeup Studio Management Software is a booking and studio record system GullySystem sets up for bridal makeup studios, freelance artists and the booking desk. One calendar holds enquiries, trial appointments and wedding dates. Advances, balances, artist rosters, travel plans and kit stock sit against each booking. Your packages and advance rules are set up as the studio takes them today.

Where it breaks today

What goes wrong before the software.

Wedding dates are held in several places

One enquiry is in a phone chat, another is in a diary and a third is in an artist’s memory. A date can be promised to two brides.

Advances are not tied to a booking

A UPI payment arrives with only a sender name. Which date it secures is worked out later by scrolling through messages.

Trial notes are scattered

The shade, the base, the lashes and the hairstyle agreed at the trial are written on paper or kept as photos. On the wedding morning they are hard to find.

Assistants and artists are assigned late

On a busy wedding Saturday, several bookings need a lead artist, a hairstylist and an assistant. The roster is worked out in chat the night before.

Travel and call times are not planned

A booking at a venue across the city needs a call time, a travel charge and a vehicle. These are agreed on the phone and then forgotten.

Kit and product use is not counted

Foundations, lashes and hairspray run out between weddings. Products bought for a particular look are not matched to the booking.

How it runs

How the work flows through it, step by step.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

A bride enquires by phone, Instagram or WhatsApp. The wedding date, the venue, the number of people and the events are recorded, and the date is held or declined.

  2. 2

    Trial

A trial is booked with an artist. The look, shades, products and hairstyle are noted and saved to the booking.

  3. 3

    Advance and confirmation

The advance is recorded against the booking, and the date is confirmed. The balance and its due date are set.

  4. 4

    Planning the day

A lead artist, a hairstylist and assistants are assigned, with the call time, the venue and the travel plan.

  5. 5

    The event

The team opens the booking on a phone, follows the trial notes and marks each person done.

  6. 6

    Billing and follow-up

The balance is collected and the invoice issued. The bride is asked for a review, and the studio is reminded of anniversaries and family bookings.

Modules

What is inside.

Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.

Solutions inside

The business modules it is built from.

Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.

  • Appointment Scheduling

Trial appointments are booked per bride, and the shades, base, lashes, hairstyle and products agreed are saved as the look note.

  • Lead Management

Each enquiry records wedding date, venue, events and number of people, so the studio owner can hold or decline a date.

  • Receipts Management

The booking advance is recorded against a wedding date, with the balance and its due date set, showing which dates are secured.

  • Invoice Management

Invoices cover the package, add-ons and travel, with the advance adjusted and the balance taken by cash, UPI or card.

  • Stock Tracking and Alerts

Foundations, lashes, skincare and hair products are counted against reorder levels, and each look shows what it used.

  • Loyalty and Offers

Offers go out for festival and wedding seasons to past brides, using the same customer list that holds their contact details.

  • WhatsApp, SMS and Email Notifications

WhatsApp, SMS and email reminders reach brides before a trial and when a balance falls due.

Reports

The numbers the owner asks for.

  • Bookings by wedding date and by month
  • Advances received and balances due
  • Enquiries against confirmed bookings
  • Artist and assistant workload and earnings
  • Travel charges by venue and by booking
  • Product use and stock to reorder
Good fit

Who this is built for.

  • Bridal makeup studios with several artists and assistants
  • Freelance bridal makeup artists who travel to venues
  • Studios that also take engagement, reception and party bookings
  • Makeup academies that run a bridal booking side
  • Studios with a trial before every bridal booking
Honest answer

When it is not the right choice.

  • A freelance artist with a few bookings a month may get by on a diary and UPI alone.
  • A hair and beauty salon with daily walk-in services will find Hair Salon Management Software fits that part better.
  • A studio that wants brides to book themselves online will not get that here. Enquiries arrive by phone, Instagram or WhatsApp, and the desk enters them.
Made to fit

Adapted to your business before it goes live.

You are not handed a login and left to it. The product is set up around your records, your people and the tools you already use.

Your services and packages

Bridal, engagement, reception, party and guest services go in first, with the packages you sell and your add-ons.

Advance and balance rules

The advance, the balance date and the cancellation terms are set the way the studio takes them today.

Clients and open bookings migrated

Client names, phone numbers, wedding dates and balances arrive from your diary, sheet or existing software.

Messages and payments

Trial and balance reminders reach brides through WhatsApp, text message or mail, and UPI or card is accepted when a bride pays.

Hosting for the studio

GullySystem hosts the system. Our staff edit packages, artists and rules for you.

Common questions

Questions owners ask before a demo.

Is this for a studio or a freelance artist?

Both. A studio with several artists uses the roster and the booking desk. A freelance artist uses the calendar, trials, advances and invoices on one phone.

Can it hold a wedding date until the advance arrives?

Yes. A date is held for the bride and released if the deposit does not come. If she cancels after paying, the cancellation is marked on the booking, and your own advance terms decide what is kept.

Can each trial be saved with the look?

Yes. The shades, base, lashes, hairstyle and products used are saved to the booking, so the artist opens them on the wedding day.

Can a booking cover the bride’s family?

Yes. One booking can list the bride, the mother, sisters and bridesmaids, each with their own service, time and artist.

Can travel to venues and outstation dates be planned?

Yes. Each booking records the venue, the call time, the travel charge and the vehicle. For an outstation wedding, stay and other costs go on the invoice as add-on lines. Your travel charge rules are set with you.

Can artists see their own bookings?

Yes. Artists and assistants open only the bookings assigned to them, on a phone at the venue. The call time, the address and the trial notes are on that screen.

Is there a link to Tally?

Not built in. Invoice and payment reports can be pulled for your accountant. If the studio wants a Tally export, it is priced at that point.

Can past clients and balances be moved over?

Yes. Clients, wedding dates and open balances are brought in from your diary or sheet, and the booking desk checks the loaded entries against the diary before launch.

Who owns the client data?

You do. Leaving with a full copy of the bookings and clients is a term of the proposal, set down before work begins.

What does it cost?

No rate card is published. Artist numbers, the bookings to move over and set-up all shape the figure. A demo comes first, and the amount follows in writing.

Wondering what it costs? Six questions give you a written scope and the buckets any quote should separate.
