Reports for Bridal Makeup Studio Owners and Managers

These reports gather what a bridal studio records in separate places: wedding dates, advances, rosters, travel and stock. All of them draw on the booking records that the desk and the artists already keep current.

Wedding season questions in one place

A studio owner asks which dates are full, how much money is still to come and whether the team can take one more booking on a Saturday. The answers usually sit in a diary, a payment app and a chat group. Because every report uses the same booking records, the question can be answered from one screen without joining three sources by hand.

The reports

Bookings by wedding date and month

Confirmed, held and declined dates on a calendar view, with the number of people and events on each date. The figures are taken from the enquiries and date holds module.

Advances received and balances due

Money taken against each booking and what remains to be collected, listed by due date. This is read from the advances and balance schedule that the desk keeps.

Enquiries against confirmed bookings

How many enquiries became trials and then confirmed bookings, split by the source the desk noted, such as Instagram, a wedding planner or a past client’s recommendation.

Artist and assistant workload

Bookings completed by each person in a month, with the roles they held on each. The studio uses this list when it pays the team at month end.

Travel charges by venue

Charges raised for each booking away from the studio, read from the venue and travel plan. The owner can compare a distant hall with a nearby one.

Product use and stock to reorder

Products low against their reorder level and the items used by each package. The kit and product stock module supplies these counts, and the buyer works from them.

Who acts on them

The owner reads the booking calendar and the balance list before the season starts. The booking desk works from balances due and trial reminders. Lead artists check their workload. Whoever buys products reads the reorder list at the start of each week.

What the figures reflect

Numbers shown are only as current as the entries behind them. An advance that was paid but not recorded will not appear in the balance list. When a report looks wrong, a booking record has often not been updated. Further reports can be added with the studio wherever the data is already held.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are the figures live?

Yes. They change as the desk enters a payment, an artist marks a booking done or a hold is released.

Can the owner see only one branch?

Yes, where the studio has several branches. Reports can be limited by branch, so a branch manager sees only that branch’s bookings, advances and artists.

Can a report be downloaded for the accountant?

Yes. Reports can be taken as a sheet. What the accountant needs, and in what layout, is set during scoping.

Is there a dashboard for the whole season?

A season view of dates, advances and balances can be set up. Its layout is agreed with the owner during scoping.
