Bridal Makeup Studio Connections to WhatsApp, UPI and Tally
A bridal studio already talks to brides over WhatsApp and takes advances on UPI. This page lists the connections the system can make and what each one depends on in the other service.
The connections
What depends on the other service
Messages depend on the provider’s approvals and its charges, which the studio pays. A gateway depends on the bank’s account checks. A Tally export depends on the ledger names the accountant uses. These steps sit outside the booking system. Each takes as long as the other party takes.
What is confirmed during scoping
- Which WhatsApp number the studio sends from, and who may reply
- Which message templates are needed, and in which languages
- Whether a payment gateway is wanted or UPI entry by the desk is enough
- Which ledgers and layout the accountant expects in a Tally export
- Whether a label printer is used for product labels
What the connections do not do
A connection moves information from one place to another. It does not open the provider’s account for the studio, and it does not decide what the studio says to a bride. Anything beyond this list is quoted separately.
Frequently asked questions
Does UPI payment match a booking by itself?
Not unless a gateway is set up for it. With plain UPI the desk records the payment against the booking, which keeps the balance right.
Can invoices go out by WhatsApp?
Yes, once the WhatsApp business account is in place. The invoice is sent as a PDF from the booking.
Can the studio use its own sheet and Tally?
Reports can be taken as a sheet. A Tally export is shaped with the studio’s accountant and priced as its own item.
Does it connect to a biometric device for artists?
Not as standard. Artists work on bookings rather than fixed shifts, so a device is considered only if the studio asks.
