GullySystem

Films, Contrast and Consumables

Films, CDs, contrast, gel, syringes and reagents are counted in the system. Stock falls as studies use it, and items near reorder level or expiry are listed for the person who buys.

What the stock record holds

Each item is kept with the details purchase staff need.

Batch and expiry

Contrast and reagents are recorded by batch with an expiry date, and the oldest batch is shown first.

Use by study

A contrast CT can be set to use a fixed quantity, so stock moves when the study is marked scanned.

Reorder levels

The centre sets a minimum per item. When stock falls under it, the item shows on the purchase list.

Purchases and counts

Supplier deliveries are received against an order. A physical count is entered by item, and the difference from the system figure is listed for the owner to accept or check.

FAQ
