Homeopathy Clinic Software Connections to WhatsApp and UPI

This system links with the messaging, payment, printing and accounts tools that a homeopathy clinic already uses, and each link depends on the other system. What is possible is confirmed during scoping.

The connections

WhatsApp

Appointment reminders, review prompts and parcel notices go to patients on WhatsApp. That needs a business account with a provider and message templates that the provider approves before any are sent.

SMS and email

Reminders can go by SMS. Receipts and prescriptions go by email. SMS sending depends on a sender name and message templates registered with the operator, and the clinic applies for these with our help.

UPI and payment gateway

A UPI or card payment is noted on the bill. A payment link or QR collected through a gateway needs the clinic’s own gateway account, and settlement into the bank is then a matter between the clinic and the gateway.

Label printer

Medicine labels print on the dispensary’s label printer. Each carries the patient’s name, remedy and dose. Model and label size are confirmed at set-up.

Tally export

Collection and sales exports go to the accountant, who brings them into Tally in whatever format the books use.

What depends on the other system

A message reaches the patient only if the provider delivers it, and payment status comes from the bank or the gateway. If a provider changes its rules, the way a channel is used may change as well. Accounts are held by the clinic, which pays the provider’s charges.

What is not included

Biometric devices, lab machines and repertory programs come outside the standard package. A link to any of them is quoted on its own. The clinic names the device or program first. The possibility is reviewed from there.

Does it work with Tally?

Through an export. The accountant imports the collection and sales figures. A direct link is quoted separately if the clinic asks.

Can patients pay by UPI at the desk?

Yes. The payment is recorded on the bill. A QR that updates the bill by itself needs a gateway account.

Do we need our own WhatsApp account?

Yes, a business account with a provider. Our team helps set up the templates once the account exists.

Can the system print to any printer?

Prescriptions and bills print on standard printers, so a clinic’s existing office printer is enough for those. Label printers are checked by model during scoping.
