One record for case taking, prescriptions, remedy stock and follow-ups.

Detailed case taking, remedy and potency prescriptions, the dispensary and the follow-up diary all sit against the same patient in a homeopathy clinic. Each return visit shows what was prescribed last time and how the patient reports. Reception sees who is overdue for a review.

  • Case forms, remedy list and potencies laid out as your doctor records them
  • Patient list and open follow-ups migrated from your register
  • Form and remedy list edits handled by GullySystem staff when you ask

Homeopathy Clinic Management Software keeps case sheets, prescriptions with potency and the dispensary in one record, for single-doctor and multi-doctor homeopathy clinics. The case sheet is the patient’s permanent record, and the printed prescription is written from it. Reception keeps appointments and the follow-up diary. The doctor sees what was prescribed last visit and how the patient reports. Your own case form and remedy list go in first.

Where it breaks today

What goes wrong before the software.

Case sheets are paper and long

A first visit fills several pages of history, mental and physical generals and past illness. A return visit means finding that file before the doctor can begin.

Last prescription is hard to recall

The remedy, potency and number of doses sit on an earlier sheet. The doctor reads back through pages to see what was given and what changed.

Follow-ups depend on memory

A patient told to return in fifteen days may not come. Without a diary against the case, nobody knows who is overdue.

Dispensary stock is counted by eye

Dilutions, globules, mother tinctures and biochemic salts are used as the day goes on. The shelf is checked only when something runs out.

Patients in other towns are tracked in a notebook

Patients in other towns receive medicines by courier. Parcel details, payment and the next review sit in different places.

Billing and the case do not meet

Consultation fees, medicine charges and advance payments are written in a cash book, apart from the patient record.

How it runs

How the work flows through it, step by step.

  1. 1

    Appointment

A patient books by phone, on WhatsApp or at the desk. Reception places the visit in the doctor’s queue, marked as a new case or a follow-up.

  2. 2

    Case taking

The doctor records the complaints, their modalities, the patient’s generals, family history and past illness on the clinic’s own form.

  3. 3

    Prescription

The doctor notes the remedy, potency, dose, repetition and any placebo. The prescription is saved to the case and printed for the patient.

  4. 4

    Dispensing

The dispensary prepares the medicine from stock, and the quantity used is taken off the remedy list.

  5. 5

    Billing

Reception bills the consultation and the medicine together, paid in cash, by mobile wallet or on a card, or posted against an advance.

  6. 6

    Follow-up

A review date is fixed against the case. The patient receives a reminder, and the next visit opens with the earlier prescription and the notes on progress.

Made to fit

Adapted to your business before it goes live.

You are not handed a login and left to it. The product is set up around your records, your people and the tools you already use.

Your case form

The headings, rubrics and modalities your doctor writes are set up first, so case taking looks like the paper case sheet it replaces.

Remedy list and potencies

Your remedies, potencies, forms of medicine and pack sizes go in before the first prescription.

Patients and open follow-ups

Patient lists, phone numbers and pending review dates arrive from your register or earlier software.

Prescription and bill formats

The printed prescription and the invoice follow the clinic’s own layout and registration details.

Hosting and changes

GullySystem hosts the system and its backups. GullySystem staff also edit the forms, remedy lists and formats.

Common questions

Questions owners ask before a demo.

Is it built for homeopathy or for any clinic?

It is set up around homeopathy. Generals and modalities are used in case taking. The prescription carries remedy, potency and dose, and the case sheet is the patient’s permanent record.

Can the doctor use our own case form?

Yes. Your doctor’s headings go into the form during set-up, and the changes are done for you whenever you ask.

Can we keep using Hompath or RadarOpus for repertorisation?

Yes, and most clinics do. No repertory or materia medica is bundled here, and the system does not choose the remedy. It keeps the rubrics, the remedies considered and the prescription with the case, and runs the practice around them.

Can the remedy name be masked on the patient’s prescription?

Not as a switch you flip. The printed prescription follows the clinic’s own layout, so what the patient copy shows is settled when that format is set up with GullySystem.

Can it track remedy and dispensary stock?

Yes. Dilutions, globules, mother tinctures and bottles have reorder levels, and each dispensed prescription reduces the count.

Can patients book their own appointment or consult by video?

No. Appointments are taken at the desk, by phone or on WhatsApp, and consultations happen in the clinic. For a patient in another town, the courier parcel, the payment and the next review date are recorded against the case.

Are patient records private?

Access follows role. The clinic decides who may open case notes, and doctors’ notes can be kept from the front desk.

How do years of paper case sheets get digitised?

Patient lists and open follow-ups are brought across from your register or current software. Old paper sheets are scanned by the clinic and attached to the file. The clinic decides which years are worth scanning, and search reads the typed fields, not the scans.

Does anything go into our accounting package?

Not built in. Sales and collection reports are kept for your accountant, and whether to add an accounting export is decided before go-live.

What does it cost?

No price is published. It depends on doctors, branches and set-up, so the cost comes as a written proposal once you have seen a demonstration.
