Views for Homeopathy Clinic Doctors and Reception

A homeopathy clinic has doctors, reception, a dispensary and an owner. Each gets the screens its work needs. Clinical notes stay with the people who need them.

One patient, four roles

Doctor

Opens the case and reads the last prescription and progress notes. Takes the history, writes the prescription and fixes the next review.

Reception

Registers patients, books visits, runs the queue, bills the consultation and medicine, and sends reminders. Clinical notes are not shown unless the clinic allows it.

Dispensary

Sees each prescription waiting to be prepared, marks it dispensed, prints the label and watches remedy stock.

Owner

Sees patients seen, new cases, collections, overdue follow-ups and stock to reorder, across doctors or branches.

Through a clinic day

A patient books by phone or arrives at the desk, and reception adds the name to the queue as a new case or a follow-up. The doctor opens the file, takes the case or reviews progress, and writes the prescription for the dispensary. Medicine is prepared. Reception then bills the visit and fixes the review date with the patient before they leave the clinic. Simple, and the same each day.

Visiting doctors and branches

A clinic may have a consultant who comes on certain days or a second branch across town. Each doctor sees their own patients unless the clinic shares the list. The owner reads across all doctors. Branch staff see only their own branch’s stock and queue.

What the client decides

  • Which roles exist in the clinic and who holds them
  • Whether reception may read case notes
  • Whether doctors may see each other’s patients
  • Who may change a prescription after it is dispensed
  • Which branches an owner or manager can open
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can reception see what the doctor wrote?

Only if the clinic permits. The usual setting keeps case notes and remedy selection to doctors, with reception seeing visits and bills.

Does the dispensary need the whole case?

No. It sees the prescription, the patient’s name and the dose instructions needed to prepare the medicine, and nothing more of the clinical notes.

Can a visiting doctor have a separate login?

Yes. Each doctor signs in on their own, and their entries carry their name and the date.

Who sets up what each role can open?

Roles are settled with the owner at set-up, and our team revises them on request.
