Reports for Homeopathy Clinic Owners and Doctors
These reports gather figures that a clinic usually keeps in separate books: visits, follow-ups, prescriptions, stock and collections. Every figure comes from entries the clinic already makes.
Where the figures come from
The queue, the case file, the dispensary and the bill each hold a part of the picture. The reports read from all four. An owner’s question is then answered from one place, without joining a register, a stock book and a cash book by hand.
The reports
Who reads what
Doctors read their own visits and overdue patients. The dispensary reads stock below reorder. The owner reads collections and compares doctors or branches, while reception works from the overdue list each morning to decide whom to call first.
What the figures reflect
A gap in the entries shows up as a gap in the report. A visit saved without a follow-up date will not appear in the diary. Reports show the pattern of work. They say nothing about how any patient responded, and that stays in the doctor’s notes.
Frequently asked questions
Can the doctor see remedy figures for only their own patients?
Yes. Each reader gets a different view of a report: a doctor sees their own cases and the owner sees all.
Are the figures live?
Yes. They change as visits, prescriptions and bills are entered.
Can a report be exported?
Yes. Lists can be downloaded as a spreadsheet for the accountant or for the clinic’s own use.
Can other reports be added later?
Yes, if the figures are already entered. The clinic and GullySystem agree any additional report together.
