Enquiries and Site Visits for Modular Kitchens
Every client who asks about a kitchen is recorded here, from the showroom walk-in to the architect reference. The designer and the owner read this list each morning.
What an enquiry record holds
The counter fills this in while the client is still standing in the showroom.
From enquiry to measurement visit
A measurement visit is booked on the enquiry with a date, a time slot and the measurer who will go. The address and the client number travel with it, so nobody rings the showroom for directions. The finished sheet attaches to the same enquiry. An enquiry that goes quiet is marked closed against a reason: price, a competing showroom or a possession date pushed back.
Who works on this list
What this module does not do
- It does not price a kitchen, which the quotation module does
- Enquiries from a website form arrive only where that link is built
- Lead scoring and ranking are not part of it
- You choose which sources and closing reasons appear in the lists
Frequently asked questions
Can an architect be recorded as the source?
Yes. Architects, interior designers and builders are held as referring contacts, and the enquiries each one sent can be read together.
Does the measurement sheet open from the enquiry?
Yes. The booked visit links to the sheet, so the measurer does not retype the client name or the flat address.
What happens to an enquiry the client drops?
No work is lost. It closes with a reason and stays searchable, so a designer can call again when possession comes near.
Can enquiries come in from a website form?
Only where that connection is built. Otherwise the counter types the enquiry and marks the source by hand.
