Kitchen Hardware and Accessory Selection Records
Hinges, channels, baskets and handles are written against the unit they belong to, not left in conversation. The fitter at site then puts in what the client chose.
Hardware recorded per unit
Hardware decides how a kitchen feels to use, and it is where money quietly goes.
Brand, model and quantity
Every line carries the brand, the model code and how many go into the kitchen. Quantities are what the purchase order and the store issue are drawn from, so a fitter is not left short of two hinges on the morning of installation. Where a client asks for a cheaper or a premium brand, the swap is made on the unit and the quote follows. Brand and model stay for a warranty claim.
Who reads the hardware list
What the module does not cover
- It does not rate brands or advise which fitting to choose
- Hardware warranty terms belong to the brand, not to GullySystem
- Appliance selection sits with the countertop and appliance orders
- Which brands appear in the list is decided with you
Frequently asked questions
Can hardware be changed after the quote is given?
Yes. The fitting is swapped on the unit and a fresh quote version is raised, with the earlier one kept.
Does it track hardware in stock?
Yes. Hardware is issued against a project, and what remains in the store is visible to purchase staff before the next order goes out to the distributor.
Is the hardware brand on the handover record?
Yes. Brand and model stay with the unit, so a complaint about a channel years later can be traced.
Can two clients get different brands for the same fitting?
Yes. Selection is made project by project, and the rate behind each brand is read from your price list.
