Reports for Modular Kitchen Owners and Managers

These reports come out of what the showroom and the workshop already enter. Nobody prepares a separate sheet when the month closes.

Reports on the front end

Where kitchens come from, and how far each one travels.

Enquiries by source

Walk-ins, calls, architect references and past clients, with how many of each reached a measurement, a quote and an order. Sources are your own list.

Design revisions per project

How many versions a kitchen took before approval, and how long it waited on the client between them. Waiting time is counted in days.

Quotations given, approved and closed

Open quotes by designer, those that turned into orders, and those closed with a reason such as price or a competing showroom.

Reports on delivery and money

Kitchens by stage

Every live project between measurement and handover, counted at the stage it sits in. The oldest comes first.

Material used per project

Boards, laminate, hardware and countertop drawn against each kitchen, read beside what was quoted for it.

Fitting visits by team and week

Which carpenters went where, how many visits a kitchen needed and which visits were called off.

Stage payments and balance

What was invoiced at each stage, what came in and the balance standing against every client. Overdue stages are flagged.

How the numbers are read

Each report opens on screen with filters for date, designer, showroom and stage, and the list can be exported to a spreadsheet whenever an owner wants it on paper. A figure can be clicked through to the projects behind it, so an owner who sees four kitchens stuck before dispatch can open those four. The dashboard carries a handful of counts. Figures move as the showroom and workshop enter their work.

What the reports will not tell you

  • They do not forecast next quarter or model demand
  • They carry no industry benchmark to compare you against
  • Profit per kitchen depends on how you load overheads
  • Any report you need beyond this list is quoted on its own
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can a report be exported?

Yes. Every list on screen can go out as a spreadsheet file, with the filters you applied still in force.

Does the owner get a daily summary?

Yes. A short message or mail with the counts you choose can be sent each morning, and the list of counts is settled with you.

Can material used be compared with the quote?

Yes, where purchase and issue entries are kept up to date. The report reads those entries, so the comparison depends on how carefully they were filled.

Are reports split by showroom?

Yes. Each showroom can be read on its own or together, and the owner sees both views.
