Modular Kitchen Software Views for Each Role
Five kinds of people touch a kitchen project, and none of them needs the whole record. Each opens the screen their own work runs on.
What each person opens
One project, five ways of reading it.
How rights are given
Rights are granted person by person from a list your owner controls, and one person can hold more than one role in a small showroom. A designer may be allowed to discount up to a limit and no further. A store keeper can issue hardware without seeing what the client was charged. Changes to rates, hardware lists and payment stages are usually kept with the owner. Every edit carries a stamp.
Where the roles meet
What the role setup does not do
- It does not hide a project from the owner
- Multiple showrooms share one client list unless you ask otherwise
- Which fields each role may edit is settled with you
- Staff attendance and payroll are separate products
Frequently asked questions
Can a designer see another designer projects?
Only where you permit it. The default shows a designer their own clients, while the owner reads all of them.
Does a carpenter need a login?
Not always. Many workshops put one tablet or screen on the floor, and the factory in-charge marks stages for the team.
Can a store keeper be kept away from prices?
Yes. Issue and receipt screens can be opened without client rates being visible on them.
Who may change the hardware and rate lists?
Usually the owner, and the right can be extended to one more person. Our staff also update lists when you send them.
