Messages to clients and site teams

Most of what a showroom sends is short and goes out at a known moment.

Renders, quote copies, dispatch notices and stage reminders can go out from the project. A business account with the messaging provider is needed, and the sender number is yours.

Text message

Short notes such as a fitting date or a visit reminder, useful where a client does not use a messaging app. Delivery is handled by the operator.

Mail

Quote and invoice copies with attachments, sent from your own domain address.

Payments and accounts

UPI and payment gateway

A payment link can be sent with a stage invoice, and the receipt is matched to the project when the gateway confirms it.

Card and bank transfer

Entered by accounts staff against the project with the reference number. Matching is a manual step.

Accounting export

Sales, receipts and purchase figures can be taken out in a layout your accountant names. The layout is confirmed first, and the export is priced on its own.

Workshop and site devices

Label and barcode printers

Unit labels carrying the project, the unit code and the wall can print from a label printer in the packing area.

Phones and tablets

Measurement sheets, readiness checks and fitting visits are filled at the flat from a tablet or a phone.

Drawing files

Plans and renders are uploaded from whatever software your designers draw in, and they open for the client as images or files. GullySystem stores them; it does not edit them.

Frequently asked questions

Can renders be sent to a client on WhatsApp?

Yes, from the revision itself, once a business messaging account is in place. The client reply is saved against that revision.

Is there a Tally connection?

No live link. Figures come out as a file in the layout your accountant asks for, and that work is quoted after the layout is seen.

Can clients pay from the invoice?

Yes, where a gateway is connected. A link goes with the stage invoice and the receipt lands on the project.

Do you support our drawing software?

Files from it can be attached and sent. Reading dimensions out of a drawing on its own is a different piece of work altogether.
