Reports for Packers and Movers Owners and Managers

These reports are built from the surveys, allocations, tallies and invoices that staff already enter. Nothing here asks a surveyor or a supervisor to fill a second form.

Work coming in

Enquiries by source and bookings won

Calls, WhatsApp messages, website forms, portals and referrals are counted against the bookings each of them produced, so an owner can see which source is worth paying for.

Moves by month, route and size

Household and office moves are grouped by the city pair and the size of the shift, which shows where your work really comes from.

Quotations pending and lost

Estimates still awaiting a reply, with the reasons recorded against the ones that went elsewhere. The reasons matter here.

Work being done

Surveyed items against items loaded

The count the surveyor listed is set against what the crew actually loaded, which is how a surveyor learns to judge volume better.

Packing material consumed

Cartons, wrap, film and crates drawn per move and per crew, read beside what the quotation estimated.

Crew and vehicle use by day

Days worked, trips run and idle days, with hired vehicles separated from the lorries you own. Idle days stand out.

Work finished and money due

Claims open and settled

Shortage and damage claims by stage and by crew, with the settlements already agreed listed beside them.

Balances outstanding

Household balances left on delivered moves and corporate accounts past their credit period, each listed for a different kind of follow-up.

Collection by day and mode

What came in by cash, UPI, card and bank transfer, against which moves. Accounts reads this each evening.

How far the reports go

Every figure is read off the live records, so a report shown at eleven reflects the cartons entered at ten. Reports can be filtered by date, office, route, crew or client and taken out as a sheet for your accountant. What they cannot do is invent a number nobody entered. A report on material use means little until crews draw material against the move number, which is the habit implementation sets up first.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can a report be taken out as a sheet?

Yes. Each report exports as a spreadsheet, which is how most owners send figures to an accountant.

Is there a dashboard on the home screen?

Yes. Moves today, vehicles loaded, claims open and balances due sit on the owner screen, and each tile opens its list.

Can we ask for a report that is not listed?

Yes, where the records hold the figures. A new report is quoted after we see what you want counted.

Do reports cover more than one office?

Yes. One office, a group of them or everything together, depending on what the role may open.
