One connected system for RV units, deals, repair orders, warranty claims and storage.
Manage motorhome, fifth wheel and towable stock, buyer enquiries, deal sheets, trade-in appraisals, pre-delivery inspections, repair orders, warranty claims, parts and seasonal storage in one system. Each unit carries its serial number, options, deposits and service history from the manufacturer’s invoice to its next owner. Technicians open their own repair orders on a phone. Nothing is retyped.
- Unit list, option codes and labour rates entered to mirror your sales and service desks
- Open deals, repair orders and unpaid balances carried over
- Currency and tax rules for your country agreed during the build
RV Dealer Management Software gives a dealership one place for unit stock, enquiries, deals, trade-ins, repair orders and storage, configured by GullySystem. Each coach or towable is held by serial number with its options, inspections, deposits and warranty claims. The parts counter and the service bay post to the same unit. Technicians see their own repair orders on a phone.
What goes wrong before the software.
How the work flows through it, step by step.
- 1
Unit arrives
A new unit is checked against the manufacturer’s invoice and transport report. Damage is photographed. The unit enters stock with its serial number and options.
- 2
Enquiry and walk-through
A buyer’s enquiry from the lot, a show or the website is logged. The salesperson records the units shown and the budget discussed.
- 3
Deal and trade-in
A deal sheet adds options, the trade-in appraisal, the deposit and the finance route. The buyer approves a written quotation. Revisions are kept.
- 4
Pre-delivery inspection
Technicians work through the gas, electrical, water, roof and slide-out checks. Fitted options are installed. The handover walk-through is signed.
- 5
Service and warranty
A repair order records the complaint, labour, parts and cover type. Warranty claims gather their evidence first. Then they go to the manufacturer.
- 6
Storage and return visit
Seasonal storage and winterisation are booked by date. Reminders for the next service go to the owner before the camping season.
What is inside.
Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.
The business modules it is built from.
Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.
- Lead Management
Each walk-in, rally show visitor and web form becomes a logged enquiry with the units shown, so the follow-up call has something to refer to.
- Quote & Proposal Management
A quotation lists the unit, fitted options and accessories, keeps every revision, and turns into the deal sheet once the buyer approves it.
- Receipts Management
Deposits and stage payments are posted to the deal as they arrive, and the balance due before delivery is always visible.
- Job Cards
One repair order is opened per complaint, carrying cover type, technician, bay, labour and the parts fitted to that coach.
- Technician Scheduling
Service advisors place each order against a bay and technician for the day, and the technician sees the list on a phone.
- Stock Tracking and Alerts
Filters, seals, hitches and awning fabric reduce on issue to a repair order, and reorder levels flag fast movers before the shelf is empty.
- Service Reminders
Winterisation and spring service dates are set when the bay is booked, and the owner is reminded before the camping season opens.
- Invoice Management
Units, parts, labour and storage are billed on tax invoices, and each customer’s open items are listed with the oldest first.

Open repair orders, book bays, assign technicians and tell owners when a part has arrived.
For technicians
See the orders assigned for the day, add notes and photographs, and close each job from a phone.
For parts and warranty clerks
Receive stock, issue parts to repair orders, and assemble and track each manufacturer claim.

Questions owners ask before a demo.
Is it built around the unit or the customer?
The unit. Each coach or towable is held by serial number, and its deals, inspections, repair orders and claims stack up under it. Customers link to the units they own.
Can it prepare warranty claim packs?
Yes. A repair order marked as warranty collects the failure description, photographs, replaced part number and labour hours into one pack. Your clerk then files it with the manufacturer.
Does it handle trade-ins and consignment units?
Yes. A trade-in carries its appraisal sheet into stock and a consignment unit records the owner’s agreed price and commission. The owner’s settlement is produced once the unit sells.
Can we book winter storage?
Yes. Bays are booked by date range for indoor and outdoor space. Winterisation and spring service jobs attach to the booking and appear on the customer’s invoice.
Can the parts counter see what technicians have used?
Yes. Parts issued to a repair order reduce stock at once, and reorder levels flag items such as slide-out seals and awning fabric before they run out.
Does it connect to floorplan finance?
Each unit records its floorplan lender, curtailment dates and payoff on sale, so the office sees what is owed per unit. A direct lender feed is not built in and would be scoped separately.
Can open deals and repair orders be moved across?
Yes. Units, open deals, repair orders and balances come across from your register or spreadsheet, and the sales desk matches each unit to its serial plate before the first deal is written.
Who owns the dealership’s records?
You do. The quotation spells out the file format in which unit, deal and repair history can be taken away, settled at the outset.
How is pricing decided?
No price is published. Users, departments and the volume of imported data all shape the figure. You first see a working demo with your own unit types, and the proposal comes after.
Can customers track their own repair order?
Customers are told by message when their unit is checked in, waiting for a part or ready for collection. There is no separate owner login unless one is scoped for you.
Wondering what it costs? Six questions give you a written scope and the buckets any quote should separate.
