Branch Rollout Tracker for Signage Companies
One order from a retail chain becomes a list of stores. Each store has its own survey, permission, fabrication and installation status, so the client’s question is answered from one list.
One order, many stores
Reporting to the client
A chain’s head office wants to know which stores are done. That answer comes from the list. The status list can be shared as a sheet or read on screen. Stores waiting on the client’s own people, such as a missing key or letter, are marked apart from stores waiting on you.
What your team sets up
- The status steps that matter to each client
- Standard board sizes that a chain uses across its stores
- How installed photos and sign-offs are named per store
- Which client contacts may see their own stores
What the tracker does not do
It follows stores. It does not manage the client’s own shop openings, their fit-out schedule or the order in which its branches open. Whether a landlord grants permission is outside your control, and the tracker only records the answer.
Frequently asked questions
Can stores be added after the order starts?
Yes. A store added later joins the list at the survey step, and the client’s totals change with it.
Can the client see the list?
Yes, where you choose to give access, or the list can be sent as a sheet. This is decided with the client.
Does each store get its own invoice?
That depends on how the client wants to be billed. Invoices can be raised per store or per batch of stores, and the choice is agreed with the client.
