GullySystem
Advertising and marketing · Software for signage companies

Our fabricators start cutting before anyone has confirmed the size on site.

A signage company runs on site measurements, per square foot quotes, and installation crews at many branches, and one misread size means a remade board. GullySystem builds signage software that carries each job from measurement to installation photo. The workshop cuts the right size, and the invoice matches what went up.

At a glance

A single order for a retail chain can mean forty boards at forty addresses, each with its own size, landlord, and permission. Excel starts to crack at around the tenth one.

We build job tracking for signage makers, and the free technology audit looks first at how your quotes, job sheets, and site photos move today.

How the work runs today

When a client asks for a new fascia, a glow sign, or acrylic letters for a lobby, someone goes to site with a tape and a phone. Measurements and photos come back on WhatsApp, and the office prices the job per square foot with ACP, LED modules, flex, and labour. The client approves the artwork on a mock-up, often after several rounds.

The workshop gets a job sheet, material is issued from stock, and the crew books a ladder or scaffolding for installation. After the job, someone must collect the completion photo and sign-off, then raise the GST invoice. For branch rollouts, the same steps repeat at every store.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for signage companies without a proper system.

The board did not fit the wall

Measurements came as a WhatsApp photo of a paper sketch, and the workshop read one figure wrong.

We lose track of multi-branch rollouts

The client asks which of their thirty stores are done, and the answer takes a day of phone calls.

ACP and LED stock never matches

Material is taken for one job and used on another, and the stock register is always behind.

Invoices wait for completion photos

Crews forget to send the installed-board photo, so billing slips a week.

What the software does

What we would build for signage companies.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Site measurement sheet

The surveyor records sizes, mounting surface, power point, and photos on a phone form tied to the job.

Per square foot quotation

Builds the quote from material, lighting, and installation rates, with artwork mock-ups attached for approval.

Workshop job card

Lists what to fabricate, which material is issued, and who is doing it, with status the office can see.

Installation checklist with photos

The crew ticks off fixing, wiring, and clean-up and uploads the final photo before leaving.

Branch rollout tracker

One view of every location in a client’s order, showing measured, approved, fabricated, installed, and billed.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions signage companies ask before they call.

Can it post invoices into Tally?

Yes. Invoices raised after installation sign-off can flow to Tally with GST, and payments received can be matched back to the job.

Is an off-the-shelf ERP good enough for us?

It can be, if you mostly sell standard boards. Custom jobs with site surveys and multi-branch rollouts are where generic ERP gets awkward, and we will tell you which side you fall on.

Will the installers actually use a phone app?

They will if it asks for little: a photo, a tick, and a signature. We design for the crew on a ladder, not the office.

Can it track landlord permission for each branch?

Yes. Each location carries its permission status and documents, so a crew is not sent to a wall that cannot take a board yet. What each permission needs stays with you and the client.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
