Do the milestone invoices carry tax?
Yes, each milestone invoice can carry tax, with the tax type set for your country. No accounting package is connected out of the box. Exporting those entries for your accountant is an add-on with its own price.
Should we buy ready studio software?
For a solo photographer, a good booking app and a shared calendar do the job. Custom work earns its cost once you run several crews and a dozen freelancers in the same week.
Can it store our photos and videos?
No. It records which drive and folder hold each event, and shares delivery links. Bulk raw footage is cheaper on disks or a storage service, and we can help you pick one.
How do we stop endless album revisions?
It counts them. The package records how many proof rounds it includes, each round is logged against that, and the studio can show the family the count. Whether you charge for the sixth is your call.
What do studio system costs hinge on?
Where you start, the crew roster or the booking calendar or equipment issue, decides the base. The load grows with studios and crew members. Payment link tools can add effort. The booking calendar can be dropped.
Which papers start the studio system off?
Bring package sheets, a booking calendar, a freelancer list and a drive log. You, your editor and your planner can join calls. Copies of a freelancer list are welcome.
Who owns the bookings after I stop?
Bookings, crew rosters and drive logs all belong to you, code included. Bookings export as plain files. Help with bookings comes from the builders.
