Printing · Signage Business Management Software

One system for site measurements, quotations, fabrication, installation and billing.

Manage a signage business in one system. The surveyor’s measurements, photos and mounting notes sit with each enquiry. A quotation built on your square foot rates becomes a job card for the workshop, then an installation visit for the crew. The completion photo and the invoice stay on the same job record.

  • Rate card, board types and your quotation format entered as you price today
  • Past clients, open quotations and running jobs migrated
  • GullySystem staff update rate, material and crew rules whenever you ask

Signboard makers, LED and glow sign fabricators and acrylic letter workshops run their jobs here. GullySystem sets up Signage Business Management Software on your own square foot rates. The surveyor’s measurements and photos, the quotation, the approved artwork, the workshop job card, sheet and LED stock and the installation visit stay on one job. GST invoices wait for the completion photo.

Where it breaks today

What goes wrong before the software.

Measurements live in photos and sketches

A surveyor sends a picture of a paper sketch on WhatsApp. The workshop reads one figure wrongly and a cut sheet of ACP is wasted.

Quotations are worked out again each time

Rates for flex, acrylic letters, ACP and lighting are in someone’s head. Two quotations for the same kind of board come out differently.

Artwork approval is scattered

A mock-up goes to the client by message, comes back with a change, and goes again. Nobody can say which version was approved before cutting began.

Material stock does not match the register

Sheets, LED modules and power supplies leave for one job and get used on another. A rush order stops because one module is missing.

Branch rollouts lose their thread

One client orders boards for many stores. Which stores have a board up, which wait for a landlord’s letter and which need a remake is found by phone calls.

Billing waits for the completion photo

The crew puts the board up but forgets to send the picture. The invoice is held back until the office has chased it.

How it runs

How the work flows through it, step by step.

  1. 1

    Enquiry and site visit

A client asks for a fascia, a glow sign, acrylic letters or a flex banner. The surveyor records sizes, mounting surface, height and photos on a phone form against the enquiry.

  2. 2

    Quotation

The quotation is built from your square foot rates for material, lighting and installation. The artwork mock-up goes with it for the client to approve.

  3. 3

    Job card

A confirmed quotation becomes a job card with the approved artwork, final sizes, material list and delivery date. The workshop cuts from this record.

  4. 4

    Fabrication and printing

Material is issued against the job. Printing and fabrication steps are marked as they finish, including any work sent to an outside printer or fabricator.

  5. 5

    Installation

The crew gets the address, scaffolding or ladder need and the job sheet. They add the installed photo and the client’s sign-off from the site.

  6. 6

    Billing and service

The GST invoice comes off the job as quoted, with any variation noted. Later repair calls attach to the same sign.

Modules

What is inside.

Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.

Site survey and measurements

Record sizes, mounting surface, height, power point and photos on a phone form tied to the enquiry, so the workshop cuts from a record.

Solutions inside

The business modules it is built from.

Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.

  • Estimate/Quotation Management

Quotations are built from square foot rates for flex, ACP, acrylic, letters and lighting, with installation and transport added as separate lines.

  • Job Cards

The workshop works from one card per sign, listing sizes, materials, finish and steps, and fabrication and printing stages are ticked off as they finish.

  • Stock Tracking and Alerts

Stores track ACP sheets, flex rolls, acrylic, LED modules and power supplies against jobs, with reorder levels and a list of reusable offcuts.

  • Job Work Management

Printing, laser cutting, powder coating or CNC work sent out is recorded with what left, what returned and the vendor’s bill.

  • Technician Scheduling

Dispatchers assign installation crews to sites by date, with address, scaffolding or ladder need and job sheet, and the crew uploads an installed photo.

  • Invoice Management

GST invoices come off the job with advances received and variations noted, and can be held until the completion photo is in.

  • Service Reports and Proof of Visit

A flickering LED, broken letter or torn flex is logged against the original sign, with the visit, parts used and whether the call is chargeable.

Services

How we would put it in.

Setup, data migration, integrations and anything built on top.

Who uses it

One system, each person sees their part.

For owners

See jobs by stage, quotations awaiting reply, money pending against installed boards and material running low.

For the sales and estimating team

Prepare quotations from the rate card, follow up open ones and see which surveys are still to be done.

For surveyors

Open the day’s site visits on a phone and record sizes, mounting details and photos at the wall.

For the workshop

Read the job card, see approved artwork and material issued, and mark each fabrication step as it finishes.

For installation crews

See the address, the job sheet and the site contact for the day, then add the installed photo and sign-off.

Reports

The numbers the owner asks for.

  • Jobs by stage, from survey to installed
  • Quotations sent, converted and still awaiting reply
  • Material stock to reorder and sheets used per job
  • Installations due and crew days booked
  • Invoices held for a completion photo
  • Branch rollout position by client and store
  • Repair calls open and chargeable
Good fit

Who this is built for.

  • Signboard makers working in flex, vinyl and ACP
  • LED and glow sign fabricators
  • Metal and acrylic letter signage workshops
  • Signage companies handling branch rollouts for retail chains
  • Shop-front and fascia contractors with their own installation crews
Honest answer

When it is not the right choice.

  • A painter of hand-lettered boards who works a few shops a week is well served by a diary and a rate list.
  • Offset and digital printing presses with large print runs fit a printing-press product better than this one.

Common questions

Questions owners ask before a demo.

Is this software for sign makers or for printers?

For sign makers. It is built around site measurements, fabricated boards and installation, not around print runs on a press.

Can a quotation be priced per square foot?

Yes. Rates are held per material and finish, and the quotation multiplies them by the measured size. Lighting, installation and transport are added as separate lines.

Can surveyors record measurements from site?

Yes. A phone form takes sizes, mounting surface, height and photos, and saves them to the enquiry for the estimator and the workshop.

Does it help with a rollout across many stores?

Yes. Each store is tracked as its own line under the client’s order, with its survey, permission letter, installation photo and sign-off.

Can it hold artwork versions?

Yes. Each mock-up version and the client’s changes are kept, and the version the client approved is the one shown on the job card.

Can invoices reach Tally?

An export of invoices and receipts for Tally can be arranged. What your accountant needs in the file is confirmed during scoping.

Can we use it for repair calls on boards we installed?

Yes. A repair call is logged against the original sign, so the visit, parts used and any charge sit with that board’s history.

Who owns the client and job data?

You do. Leaving with your data is covered in the written proposal, ahead of kick-off.

What does it cost?

No price is published. Crews, branches and set-up drive it, so you watch a demo first and get the figure in writing.

Is this too much for a small board shop?

Maybe not yet. With a handful of local boards a month, a register and UPI can do. A free technology audit can say so plainly.

Wondering what it costs? Six questions give you a written scope and the buckets any quote should separate.
