Frequently asked questions
Can a surveyor see the rate card?
Only when the owner permits it. Many businesses keep rates with the estimating team and give surveyors the measurement form alone.
Does the crew need a separate login for each site?
No. A crew member signs in once and sees the jobs assigned to that crew for the day.
Can an outside vendor see our jobs?
No. Vendors work from the challan you give them. The system does not open job records to people outside your business.
Can roles be changed after set-up?
Yes. Our team changes who sees what on request, for instance when a new branch opens or a surveyor is promoted.
