Are you based in Goa at all?
No. GullySystem is based in Nagarbhavi, in west Bengaluru, and works with Goa clients over calls and screen-shares. A visit for a kick-off, a go-live or staff training is not part of the default way of working, and would be agreed separately.
Can owners abroad see bookings and cash as they happen?
Yes. An owner view shows bookings, check-ins, payments, caretaker expenses and pending dues on a phone, wherever the owner lives, while the caretaker enters each expense with a photo of the bill.
Should a small homestay build custom software?
It depends on the scale of the operation. A good booking platform and a simple accounting setup are often enough for a few rooms. Custom work fits groups of villas, hotels with a restaurant, or owners whose caretaker arrangement needs its own records.
