Architecture Firm Software Connections to WhatsApp and Tally
A studio already uses WhatsApp, mail and a cloud drive. The system works beside them, and each connection is confirmed with you before any part of it is built.
What can be connected
What a connection depends on
Each of these sits with another company, so what is possible is set by that company and not by us. A WhatsApp sender needs an account with a provider and a number that is not already in use. A payment link needs a gateway account in the practice’s name. A drive link needs the folder shared. We check each one before quoting.
What is settled during scoping
- Which messages go out and to whom
- Whose WhatsApp number and gateway account are used
- Which ledgers a Tally export writes to
- Whether drawing files live here or on your drive
- What happens when a message or a payment fails
What we do not promise
- We do not control what another company allows or charges
- A connection a provider withdraws is not ours to restore
- Nothing is built before you hold an account with the provider
Frequently asked questions
Is WhatsApp included in the price?
The software side is. The provider account and its message charges stay with the practice.
Can we use our existing Tally?
Yes, by export. Billing and receipts leave as a file your accountant brings into Tally.
Does it work without any of these connections?
Yes. The register, submissions and bills all work on their own, and connections are added later.
Who sets up the payment gateway?
The practice opens the account, and our staff connect it once the keys are handed over.
