Messages to patients
Payments
UPI and card are recorded at the counter as a mode on the bill. A payment gateway can be linked so an online payment is matched to its bill. The gateway account belongs to the clinic. Fees are the gateway’s.
Accounts and other tools
A Tally export of billing and payment totals can be scoped for the accountant. A label printer for brace stock is possible. Imaging centres can send files. Scan equipment is not linked.

Frequently asked questions
Does WhatsApp messaging need a separate account?
Yes. A WhatsApp business account in the clinic’s name is needed, and it is set up with the clinic.
Does UPI work without a gateway?
Yes. The desk records a UPI payment as a mode on the bill. A gateway adds automatic matching.
Is the Tally link built in?
Not built in. It is quoted after someone reads how the clinic’s books are kept.
Can it connect to an X-ray machine?
No. It stores image files that the clinic brings in. Direct links to equipment are not offered.
