Treatment Plans and Visit Packages for Chiropractic Clinics
A treatment plan sets how many adjustment visits a patient is advised, which regions are treated and how far apart the visits fall. Every recorded visit is counted against it until the review.
What a plan contains
Plans and the bill
A plan may be paid for in advance, visit by visit or in instalments. Visits used, visits left and money received are shown together. Billing reads the same plan. The two cannot drift apart.
Changing a plan
A doctor may lengthen or shorten a course once the patient responds. The change is made with a reason typed in. Earlier visits stay as recorded.
What the clinic decides
Course lengths, intervals and any refund or transfer rule for unused visits are set by the clinic. The software applies the rule you give it. It does not recommend how many visits a patient needs.
Frequently asked questions
Can a patient pay for the whole course up front?
Yes. The advance is recorded against the plan, and each visit comes off the balance.
What if a patient stops halfway?
It stays open with its remaining visits. The follow-up list shows it, and the clinic decides whether to close it or call.
Can two plans run together?
Yes. A patient may have a neck plan and a lower back plan, each with its own count and review.
Is the plan shared with the patient?
A printed or messaged summary can be sent. Which fields it shows is chosen by the clinic.
