Chiropractic Clinic Views for Doctors, Reception and Owners
Doctors, reception and assistants all work on one patient record. Each role opens a screen built for its own task. It sees only the fields that task needs.
One record, four views
What each role can change
Doctors write clinical notes. Only they or the owner may edit them. Reception edits bookings and bills. The owner changes rates and discount limits. Every change is logged with the user and the time of the edit.
Several branches
A doctor at one branch sees patients booked there, while the owner sees all branches. A patient who moves between branches keeps one record. Nothing is retyped.
What the clinic sets
Which fields each role may open is agreed during scoping. A part-time doctor may need a narrower view than a full-time one, and that is easy to set. Patient privacy rules are the clinic’s to confirm with its own advisor.
Frequently asked questions
Can reception see the clinical notes?
Only if the clinic allows it. Many clinics keep assessments and visit notes to the doctors.
Can a visiting doctor have a limited login?
Yes. Access can cover chosen branches and chosen days, and be switched off when the doctor leaves.
Is there a phone view?
Yes. Doctors and owners can open the day’s list and bookings on a phone, within their role.
Who can see money figures?
Owners and managers, by default. The clinic may extend that to a senior front desk member.
