Electrical Contractor Software Connections to WhatsApp, UPI and Tally
GullySystem links with the messaging, payment and accounts tools an electrical contractor already uses. Each connection depends on the other service, so what is possible is confirmed during scoping before it is promised.
Messages to clients and technicians
Quotations, bills and service reminders go out by WhatsApp, SMS and email, and fault calls and site assignments can reach technicians through the same channels.
Payments and accounts
Clients pay by cheque, transfer and UPI. The firm’s accountant works in Tally or another package.
Attendance devices
A biometric device at the firm’s yard or a large site can feed attendance. A device on a changing site may not suit, and a supervisor’s phone entry is used there instead. This is decided after seeing the sites.
What is confirmed during scoping
Each connection depends on the other service’s terms, costs and technical limits. Only the connections the firm needs are quoted. A connection that is not set up does not stop the system from working, and data can be exported by file.
Frequently asked questions
Is Tally linked directly?
Not built in. Data is exported in a form Tally can import, and the accountant can request a direct link, which is quoted as separate work.
Do clients need to install anything to pay?
No. A client pays by their usual UPI app or bank transfer, and the firm records the receipt.
Can WhatsApp messages be sent automatically?
Yes, for the messages the firm sets up, such as bill reminders. The provider’s approval of message templates is part of scoping.
Who pays for the messaging provider?
The firm does, directly. The provider’s charges are separate from the system and are explained during scoping.
