Elevator Service Software Connections to WhatsApp and Tally
The lift system connects to the messaging, payment and accounting tools your office already uses. What each connection can do rests with the system at the other end, not with GullySystem alone.
Messages to societies and facility teams
Most of what a lift company sends out goes to a watchman, a committee member or a facility manager.
Payments and accounting
Devices your technicians use
Field work brings its own hardware.
What a connection depends on
Every connection has a second system behind it, and that system sets its own limits. A messaging account must stand in your company’s name and be approved by the provider. A payment gateway needs your merchant account and its own settlement terms. A device needs a make, a model and a documented way of being read, which an older reader may not have. Scoping confirms what each of your systems allows. Anything that must be built then appears in the proposal.
What is not included
- No connection is assumed until your account or device has been checked
- Charges a provider makes for messages or settlement are paid to that provider
- A lift controller is not read by GullySystem unless such a link is built
- Figures do not reach your accountant’s software by themselves
Frequently asked questions
Will messages come from our own number?
Yes, with a business messaging account in your company’s name. Approval of that account sits with the provider.
Can the system read our lift controllers?
Not on its own. A remote monitoring link would be a build of its own, scoped before anything is promised.
Which payment gateway is used?
The one you hold an account with. The choice is confirmed during scoping, along with how receipts are matched.
Do older attendance devices work?
Some do. The make, model and the way it can be read are checked before anything is committed.
