Elevator AMC Contracts and Renewal Tracking
A contract ties a building and its lifts to the cover your company has sold. Visit frequency, instalments and the renewal date are read from this one record.
What a service contract holds
The contract is the record that every visit and every invoice refers back to. Nothing else overrides it.
Renewals and reminders
Contracts falling due appear in advance, grouped by month, so the office has time to speak to a committee before the period ends. A renewal keeps the lift history intact and opens a fresh period with its own instalments. Where a society takes months to decide, the contract is marked under discussion, and visits continue or stop by your instruction. A lapsed contract stops raising visits, so nobody services a building for free without the office knowing.

Frequently asked questions
Can one contract cover lifts of different makes?
Yes. A building with lifts from two makers can sit under a single contract, and each lift is named separately.
Does a lapsed contract stop the visit list?
Yes. Routine visits are raised from live contracts only. An expired period stops producing them.
How is a breakdown call outside cover handled?
The call is logged against the lift and marked chargeable, so your office raises a separate invoice for it.
Can the contract copy be stored here?
Yes. The signed copy and any annexure are filed against the building and opened from the contract record.
