Enquiries, Applications and Admission
The module manages enquiries, applications, document collection, review, selection and offers. Counselling allotment, management quota and lateral entry all end as the same enrolled student record.
Three intakes, one record
Counselling allotment arrives as a file from the counselling authority. Management quota comes through walk-ins and references. Lateral entry students join the third semester with a diploma. Each intake has its own documents and fee structure, and all three are held in one admissions register.

Frequently asked questions
Can it handle counselling allotment and management quota together?
Yes. Each has its own documents and fee structure, and both end in the same student record. The quota remains on the record for fees, scholarships and reports.
Can families apply online?
Yes. The family fills the application and uploads documents. The office reviews and does not retype.
How is lateral entry handled?
A diploma holder joining in the third semester is admitted as a lateral entry student. The credit requirement follows the entry point, and it is set during implementation.
Can we see which sources bring admissions?
Yes. Every enquiry carries its source, and the report follows it through application, offer and enrolment. A source that brings enquiries but no admissions shows up.
What happens to enquiries that do not convert?
They are closed with a reason or left open with a follow-up date. The reasons are available when the next intake is planned.
